Having to use this pharmacy on a regular basis for my son, I have always been treated with warmth and a friendly face! All staff go above and beyond to help with any situation. Keep up the good work team 💪

Smooth operator!

Constantly having issues with this pharmacy not having medication when ordering a week in advance. It’s important diabetes medication yet I arrive for my order and it’s not available. Got ordered as I was stood there 6 days after I submitted my prescription so now I had to wait for 3 days over the weekend to be able to collect again.

Staff just immediately get rude attitudes if you ask why they order it as you stand there when you ordered your prescription a week ago.
Needs a shift in management and attitudes.

Once again a very poor customer service experience! I think the workers need to take a look at how they serve their customers and communicate with them. Argumentative and rude every time. Its not a difficult job, I don't understand the self righteousness in there. They can never be in the wrong!
