Bonnetts is a local oasis of products from replacement of the lost sink plug to heavy bolts and chains they really do stock most things if they don't they will do there utmost to find it for you the staff are always helpful and pleasant, a real local business that has existed for many years and I hope will do for many more to come

Totally great place for all your hardware and building needs. Staff deserve more than 5 stars! Nothing is ever any trouble, and if they haven't got it they'll immeadiatly order it. A local, Norfolk Family Business...long may it remain so.

Absolutely fantastic shop, it is a proper hardware shop.
Prices around the same as bigger outlets.
But the service was out standing.
Polite and could not do enough to help.
I will always go their for any of my hardware, plumbing, baiting or tool requirements when I'm in the area.

All the hardware you want. If they don't have it in stock then they will order. Very friendly staff and bespoke ironmongery made to order. I've used Bonnets for nearly 20 years and I'm always happy with the service, prices and stock of goods

This is the proverbial Tardis of the Ironmongary, tools and DIY suppliers. A gem of a shop hosting a disparate rang of products rarely found off the shelves these days. Combined with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, always willing to go the extra mile makes this, more often than not, a 'go to' place.

The perfect source of all thingumabobs, with expert staff who know every last detail of how to achieve the best job you want to do. Extremely friendly, pragmatic business that really wants you to succeed.

I found the staff at Bonnets to be very helpfull. They new what I was asking for rightaway. They where full of helpfull suggestions. The store its self is very deceiving from its aperanc ? As when you go to the little service hatch to be served it like looking in to alladins cave lol. The store also produces bespoke items of steel work too.
There was a good system of social distancing and staff protection.
I had a very good shopping experience, and came away with what I needed to complete my DIY project.

Fantastic customer service from Paul I helping me choose which gas I needed. Even going out of his way to video call me to see what I needed. Highly recommend this company.

So helpful on the phone and had my order ready when I got there. It's so nice nowadays when you still feel like someone wants your custom.

I love this place, it never ever lets me down and always has exactly what I need as the range of things stocked is huge (the shops bigger than you may think with lots of levels) it's my first port of call, especially as everything is competitively priced or (sometimes) significantly cheaper than larger more distant DIY shops.

Looks small on the outside but a large shop full of all sorts of useful things, and a metal fabrication workshop out the back. Very helpful staff. Pleased to have in my village

This has got to be one of the best hardware shops around the area, the stock they carry is phenomenal the staff are so friendly I use it all the time for stuff for work it's well worth a visit just to see what they stock.

An Aladdin's cave of goodies. Everything you could ever need for installing, repairing, fixing and building, and even more. Very helpful, friendly staff who know where everything is, which can spoil the excuse for just browsing!
