Wonderful experience had for a meal on Saturday 2nd March, food and portions were amazing. Staff are really helpful, will be returning to explore the menu.
Booking is a must.

Date of visit: 04/10/2023 PM - My double burger was cooked perfectly as I requested it to be well-done. Onion rings were really tasty, and the chips were good too; perfect portion sizes in my opinion. The large double chocolate milkshake was a standout, and my wife and I were pretty much happy with everything. All of the staff we were greeted / served by were very happy and personable and we will definitely return with family, although the ‘English Mustard’ was like eating fire… really quite hot, ha ha - Thank you to all and see you guys soon :)

We always tend to pop into Arbuckles for something to eat when we're in the area. You always get great food and great service. The only problem is I never have enough room for dessert and they all look so nice😋

We went for the big breakfast with a couple of personal adjustments and well done bacon. Absolutely spot on. Accompanied by several americanos, a pot of Earl Grey tea, and iced tap water.
It was a long overdue catch-up, so we were insitu for 3 hours and chatting for ages before deciding what to eat. Our normal. As usual, though, the staff were very accommodating of our delays, changes, and advised us that there was absolutely no need to rush!! We've always found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and very accommodating.
The toilet facilities are very good, including accessible and baby changing options. They have their own car park with accessible bays and ramps. We hadn't booked as mornings are usually quiet unless there's a planned event. It gets very busy of an evening so I would recommend booking to avoid disappointment.

I have not been to one before and have to say from start to finish I enjoyed the service. We went for breakfast at about 10.30 and they were already busy however we got greeted and seated straight away with multiple welcomes for different staff.
The menu was good and suitable for all but a tad pricey. It's one of those places I can deal with the price for the venue. Booth seating is always a bonus. The meal was average but didn't spoil the experience.
I would go again but more for an occasional trip.

Couldn't fault it. Beautiful inside, lovely food, very helpful and patient staff. They even let me change the flavours of ice cream on the banana split. Not badly priced either! My partner and I were both pleasantly surprised by this when we got the bill.

Treated myself to a quick lunch here on my way back from a work meeting. I used to love the Arbuckles chain back in the day, so was excited to try this restaurant - it didn't disappoint 🙂

Yet another delicious meal. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I have cancer and am undergoing chemotherapy and the manageress realising this very kindly put me in a spot that kept me away from other people as much as possible which was in incredibly thoughtful. The food arrived lovely and hot and very well presented. I have never had a bad meal or experience here. Thoroughly recommend it.

We had a great family meal. It’s not cheap but great food. huge portions, and amazing service. Totally worth the cost, one of the best meals I have had in a long time.

Always love this place, been lots of times. Service is impeccable, and the staff are so polite. The food portions are massive. Easy parking with service station next door, great place to stop.

Food is excellent, portions are huge. Great menu whether you want burgers, steaks, chicken, pasta or other meals. The staff are attentive & polite. The lay-out is comfortable with lots of booths so you and your dining company have plenty of privacy.

Love it. Never disappoints and that's why we drive for 90 minutes to get here!

Great food, great service from Amanda, speedy service for a Saturday evening

I went for breakfast. The food choices were good. The service was excellent. The restaurant was very clean and well staffed. The meal itself was really lovely. It was cooked to perfection and served quickly. It was my first visit, and it was great.

Took my grandchildren for lunch here today and we all really enjoyed it. The atmosphere and environment were very pleasant and the food delicious. The service was very efficient, all our meals arriving after a fairly short wait and the staff extremely pleasant. My friend and grandson had swordfish, my granddaughter had calamari and coleslaw with rocket and I had chicken wings with sweet potato fries ( gluten free) we also had a tacho sharing platter which my grandson loved.We will definitely be returning to try some of the other dishes on offer.

We like it here.
It's a little distance from where we live so we don't visit too often however always a stop off if we are passing. Sometimes the Ely Arbuckles but also the Downham Arbuckles.
Parking has always been available 👍 (sometimes busy)
Meet and greet is always prompt at the door 👍
We generally walk in however some people may chose to book.

Portions can be LARGE and now we often have a couple of starter portions and a side or two.

Arbuckles never let down. Been coming since they were just a little burger bar around 10 years ago. They hosted my party of 10+ effortless and we were no trouble at all. Ellie and another girl with brown hair and a septum piercing were always nearby and ready to attend to all our needs.

The food was great although for a £25 meal I did expect the chicken wings to be a bit better, service was amazing. We had Nicky as our server, she was friendly and quick. We will come again :)

A lovely establishment who were very supportive of allowing my son's registered support dog access so we could have breakfast. The food was delicious and came quickly. The staff were very kind and engaged. The place was spotlessly clean. I only wish there was another restaurant from this chain closer to home as we visited on the return leg of a holiday.
