Always a pleasant experience. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Our dentist Iwona is lovely, explains things clearly and is also great with the children. She is chatty and makes you feel at ease.The actual dental practice is clean, bright and airy. We moved house a few years ago and still travel back as have been with them many years.

After being really frightened of the dentist and not attending for many years, I plucked up the courage to go.
Fanny and her assistant ( apologies i didn't catch your name) were lovely, very calming and gentle, I didn't even feel the needle for the anaesthetic! Thoroughly recommend, hence my 5 star review .

Our new dentist Jessica was really lovely and so was her assistant.
She did a thorough check on all our teeth and made my daughter's feel comfortable, unlike the last dentist we had.

Iwona was outstanding as always. She takes time to put me at ease and explain what's going to happen, such an assest to the team. Her nurse Olivia is fantastic too. I hope this team will be my dentists for a very long time.
The only downside is the need for the receptionist to call out across the room, in a very loud voice "are you still on ESA?" for everyone to hear? I was sat in reception for quite a while waiting for my appointment and no one else received that treatment. Is that just reserved for patients on benefits? Unnecessary and embarrassing I felt.

I never leave reviews but the dentist I had was amazing so was the dental nurse! So calming and the dental nurse talked the whole way about other things so I didn’t think about what was going on. I had a wisdom tooth growing totally wrong within 5 mins it was out! Took longer for the local anaesthetic to start working than it did to pull it out!

Iwona is the kindest and most caring dentist I have ever had. I have had a lifetime of bad dental experiences and I just wish I could have met her 60 years ago. She is excellent.

I had a really bad tooth ache I called for an emergency appointment and the amazing receptionist who then called me back in an hour or so said they could fit me in to be seen by Asta and her nurse they both were so polite and made me feel so welcome. I would highly recommend together dental

Isabel is always totally professional and a really nice lady.
She answers all questions and gives good advice.
She is also interested in me as a person and my family.
I will miss her when she leaves the practice.
Isabel's colleagues in my treatment are also hard working and very nice.
It's always been a good experience.

Iwona was brilliant and caring, I'd had a tooth extraction at an emergency dentist over the bank holiday weekend and on the Tuesday morning was in a lot of pain, after a call to reception and a short wait I was called back and seen by Iwona that day and received treatment for the following 3 days. Luckily I'm still registered with the NHS and received the best treatment.

I had always dreaded going to the dentist, but since going to downham practice, my dentist is so nice and I now trust her and no longer ger dread going , I give her 5 stars or more if I could , thank you so so much

Asta is an amazing dentist and I can't thank her enough for seeing me at short notice. She has sorted out my my pain by giving me a root canal. Thank you all at together dental..

I was explained my options concerning the problem tooth and decided to have it removed,
It was certainly not an easy extraction and Astra was Amazing , can’t thank her enough🙏🙏
