I wish this shop was on my doorstep however it is close to my relatives. I would encourage everyone to use the opportunity to refill your cupboards from this wonderful shop. It reduces wastage and the prices will save you a fortune. Nothing like a trip from the West Coast and back with an oregano container 🫙 (just 26p spent). Fabulous service too

Definitely the best Zero Waste( and one of the few) shop in my area. Full with different products ,clean and tidy shop. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a delivery as well - which is perfect if i'm too busy to go to the shop .
Proud to support a local small business owner 😊

Like many, my family like to reduce packaging so when I heard about the little refill shop, we had to have a look. The gentleman serving was very helpful, even having freshly washed jars to take conditioner, face wash, herbs etc home in. The prices are very reasonable and my hubby loved the choice of sweets there. I will definitely go back. Take your herb and spice jars to have them refilled it's well worth it.

First time visiting this fab shop and look forward to many more visits. A warm friendly welcome and very helpful staff member. An excellent range of products and at reasonable prices. Well worth a visit for a better shopping experience. Remember to take plenty of containers of various sizes and types. This type of shopping experience should be more easily accessed by all in their local communities. Thank you for being a part of the bigger picture.

Fantastic shop which is so reasonably priced. The owners are knowledgeable and very friendly. Great for dried items but also sells washing up products, shampoos etc. A super find if you want to reduce your waste and move to refillable products.

Made my first visit today and it won't be the last. The man in the shop was very helpful, and put us totally at ease when it came to our first time shopping. It is obviously a different way of doing your groceries, but we felt very comfortable and were guided through everything on offer and how best to shop. I couldn't fault the place and am looking forward to going back and getting more stuff. My advice: bring lots of tubs.

Lovely little shop! Lots of natural, eco-friendly, plastic-free items for the kitchen, home and bathroom, including dried, fresh and frozen foods. Good prices and you can buy as much or as little as you need for a particular meal or recipe. The owners are always friendly and helpful. They have done their research and are knowledgeable about what they sell, and stock locally produced items to support their local community, too.

Lovely man at the counter very polite and chatty engages in customers. The shop overall is really heartwarming to see in this area. Bought some lemongrass beard oil and popcorn kernels will hopefully be back for more refillable goodies when I get my jars from home.

We love this little gem in Seaham. We have switched to plastic and chemical free alternatives cutting down our waste and trying to do our bit for the environment. The staff are lovely and very welcoming always a warm smile greeting you went you enter and nothing is ever too much. They are knowledgeable about every product and they have clearly researched their products.

Lovely experience. Friendly service & great products. I can't rate the cleaning products higher, they smell divine. My kids find it such a treat to visit & have been a source of inspiration to keep our household more eco friendly . If you are sick of the the hustle & busle of your local supermarket have a visit & go back in time to a simpler, kinder shopping encounter. Keep up the good work!

Fabulous Zero Waste shop. This was an amazing find yesterday, a lovely shop with a range of eco friendly products (soap, shampoo etc) plus all your spices, beans, cereals but without all the unnecessary packaging. Very friendly owners, only too willing to help. Take your own containers and buy as much or as little as you need. Looking forward to my next visit.

You have to go inside to truly appreciate all they have. From affordable all natural cleaning supplies that TRULY work and smell amazing. To food, soaps, bath and body washes. There is so many things I love. Highly recommend this place. The owners are so kind and helpful so ask them if you are unsure of what they stock.

Lovely little shop, shame I don’t live locally anymore. I recently left my bag on the street by mistake when loading my kids into the car and the staff there took it in for safekeeping! Decent honest people working there.
