It was an experience me and my partner will never forget. The hotel, spa and staff were amazing. Couldn't of asked for a more relaxing weekend.

Amazing staff and fabulous management. Managed to fit it into my car with the help from the lovely team and got it home in one piece.

Excellent customer service I purchased a nest of tables today. Sales assistant showed me where to drive to go to collection point. When I got there she got someone to help me carry to car. Couldn't have been more helpful.

Next Clearance is a wonderful place to snap up a bargain. On this occasion there were jumpers priced from £10 upwards. Definitely a place to visit over and over again.

They had their annual sale on and had good choice of everything at sale prices

I don't visit very often I am not a shopper but I did notice the outlet was much better organised and more orderly.
Wheelchair friendly from the carpark to the shop . There are lots of spaces in the carpark and within the the retail area there are toilets but none in the shop

Enjoyed a good browse. Friendly, helpful staff that were very patient at the till with my mum who struggled understanding the card payment machine!

Staff were incredibly helpful and patient with my grandma in her mobility scooter and even picked up clothing outside of their zone to help keep the way clear.

Great sale on worth checking out. Good customer service from ladies on duty.
