Recently purchased a 2017 (67 reg) Audi RS3 from Eden Prestige Sales Ltd. I originally wanted to go to an Audi main dealer, however due to my age (20 years old), I was declined a test drive. However, Eden Prestige Sales Ltd were excellent in their communication from the first phone call and allowed me to test drive the car without hesitation.

Perry Blaise (Sales executive) was excellent with his communication and helped me make the right choice in purchasing a car. All appropriate paperwork was provided and I was clearly shown around the car. Even the aftercare service is excellent and they really want to create a clear and cohesive working relationship with all customers.

This is the dealership to go to if you want excellent quality cars, fast and effective communication and a trustworthy family business to work with.

Purchased an Alfa Romeo from this company just this week. From start to finish I had a really great experience. Perry the salesman that I dealt with was a credit to the company and himself. Never pressured me in anyway to make a decision. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I got a good price on my part ex too! A really good company! I found a car I was interested in at Eden Prestige Sales through Autotrader. I rang them up and got speaking to Perry. He was enthusiastic and extremely helpful. Perry showed me around the car on Facetime, took extra photos on the spot, and sent them to me with photos of the service history. I am based in Northern Ireland, and this was the first car I have bought without viewing it in person. Perry maintained superb communications throughout the purchase and delivery process. When the car arrived with me it exceeded my expectations. Eden had added a fresh MOT and a service without being asked. Enthusiastic, no pressure, quick deal and purchase. There is a genuine effort by Eden to provide a good car and an enjoyable experience. I have already recommended Eden to others.

Purchased my Lamborghini from Eden Prestige Sales placing a deposit without seeing, which is very unusual for myself. On viewing the car it was absolutely immaculate apart from the two very minor issues which had been brought to my attention on the phone (and only noticeable if you have a very keen eye). The rest of the car was exactly as described and we had a deal, so the long trip to see them was not wasted. They sorted everything, and 5 days later my new car was sat in front of my house, no question or query was too much and always answered quickly and honestly. Eden Prestige run a car business as it should be run, with honesty and integrity, which will earn them my repeat custom when I come to change cars.

The personal service and the attention the car received before I collected was nothing short of amazing.
I committed to buying the car from 240 miles away just on photos and assurances. When I collected it was better than expected, the condition of the car was spot on, as was the service, no pressure just good old fashioned customer service and value for money. Perry treated me like an old friend, i had never met him before, all very refreshing. Thanks guys, will gladly travel the 480 mile round trip for my next car.

Recently collected a Jaguar XJR from the Team at Eden Prestige. For the price I was paying for the car I have always gone for a new car from a main dealer in the past and have had rather mixed experiences. I was a bit unsure of spending so much for a 2nd hand car that was 300 miles away. WOW, what a brilliant experience. All the way from initial enquiry to my first viewing and test drive of the car which was excellent. Welcoming, friendly and no pushy sales. Items on the car that they were going to rectify were pointed out to me before I even asked and the car certainly looked well cared for and not 'over presented' so you could see that it had come from a caring previous owner. Deal struck with a great PX on my my car I returned to collect the car with a friend a few weeks later. Another great experience from the team (especially Perry) so much so that my friend started to enquire on their Porsche Macan Turbo. We may be coming back again!! Brilliant team, not sure there could be better out there.

The best dealer I've ever been to Danie is amazing. He has excellent communication skills is very friendly and easy to talk to no matter your situation, I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. Danie arranged my whole part exchange and sale over the phone and via email during this covid-19 outbreak without either party seeing the vehicles.

An honest used car salesman is a rare breed. Jimmy from Eden Prestige Sales happens to be one. A super chap who obviously loves his cars and really goes the extra mile to make sure that his customers do so too. He sold me an immaculate Jaguar XJ - he kindly accommodated me out of hours to inspect and test drive, and bent over backwards to ensure that the car was sold in fine fettle. Excellent after-sales service too. Couldn't recommend him more. Lovely office and charming dogs as well!

In 50 years of motoring I have always bought from within a 50 mile radius and had the benefit of a rest drive. On this occasion, primarily driven by the pandemic, I took the plunge and buy unseen, from 200 miles away.

I put my trust in Perry, who guided me through the process and gave me enough reassurance to not only buy a car but also part exchange simultaneously. The deal agreed and paperwork completed instantly, by email, the car was driven to me and mine driven away, by Joe.

Great service from Eden Prestige! Traded in my 7 series, got a good price. Jimmy and Mike are absolutely brilliant. On my way there to change my reg I brought my better half. She walked away there with a phenomenal XKR. We can honestly say we are very impressed with them.
