Placed an order on 17th October, shipping was next day but estimated but not guaranteed, its now 23rd October and still not received delivery. Called customer service and their systems were down, was told after calling several times that I'd be called back but never was so still having to chase. Tracking on their website doesn't work. Avoid using this company and use a company that will actually deliver the goods.

Do not use this company they wasted over a week of my packing time. By sending my order to the WRONG address! No compensation was given! Worst customer service ever! Very Rude people apparently they do not believe that by taking your money while offering a next day delivery. Actually makes them accountable. When they send your order to the wrong address. And have it come over a week late!!! Calling Citizens Advice about this tomorrow.
