Always a pleasure to buy there. Staff are amazing.

Is better now that other manager went and new one is there. Old manager was abrupt and rude at times.
All in all got everything and is lovely.

We live within walking distance of the Boyes March branch, and shop there quite often.

We love it, because it’s very like an old-fashioned department store, stocking everything from cleaning stuff for the home or car, to cooking gear, fishing tackle, DIY supplies, clothes, shoes, craft supplies, you name it.

Sure, they don’t stock absolutely everything. But they carry a pretty astonishing range of stuff, and, nine times out ten, they have whatever it is we’re after, be it a light switch for the bathroom, or those ‘fatty balls’ for feeding the birds.

The staff are friendly and helpful. And the prices are very competitive. A couple of recent examples: I just (Dec’, ‘23) bought a funky Bench brand jacket - usually & £80-120 - for £35; and we were able to buy a set of bird prints (which I cut out of a £2.99 kids colouring book, also from Boyes), and frame and hang a load of them, also for about £35 total.

So, Boyes is/are (?) a great chain store: cheap, cheerful, with a staggeringly wide range of products. Highly recommended.

Excellent store, pleasant helpful staff, if they ain't got it you don't need it and they stock more or less everything.

Great place, full of bargains, I always go here first when I'm visiting my mother, and I need some DIY stuff.

This shop has things that you can't find anywhere else locally, you never know what goodies you might spot and the prices are very reasonable. It has a fabric and wool section, which is something that's really hard to find these days.

More than just a juxtaposition of two shop names merging into one photo opportunity (The Pet Shop Boyes) but a place that provides the sort of family-friendly item that you never knew you needed until you found it there. Go prepared for the unexpected and you won't be disappointed.

Quirky place, has some good things and not at bad prices either. Honestly I forget we have Boyes in the town.

I love Boyes! They have a great range of items from clothing, bags and footwear, crafting, books and gardening, DIY and fishing, toiletries, medicines and household cleaning products, pet supplies, sweets and chocolates, seasonal decorations, cards and gift wrap, bedding and fabrics, kitchenware to electrical goods and lots more. The staff are very friendly and helpful and provide what I consider to be good, old fashioned service.

I cannot believe the variety of things they have in this fabulous big store. Definitely lots of choice for everyone. Everything is such a good price too. The staff are so friendly and helpful every time I go in. I love this store.
