Delightful small cafe just a short detour from the A1. Pleasant service and tasty food. Wife had the best eggs Benedict, ever. Give it a try if you're in the area. You won't be disappointed

An absolute gem!

We have had large platters in our office for the last two years running. They provide a wide range of vegan options that are gorgeous, and it does not feel like a hassle when we request them!

Really friendly service & at a good price too. It's my go-to lunch spot in Bedale now.

Wow! What a find, and what a fabulous antidote to regular cafe fare. This place is super inventive and the flavours they generate with their brilliant menu is amazing. The coffee, oh! the coffee! Its beautiful. We had loaded chips and the "Goodness Bowl". In the bowl was fresh rocket salad, sun dried tomatoes, quinoa, hummus, cold roasted butternut squash, onion, cabbage and optional southern fried chicken slice, with basil Pesto (you could have avocado instead of chicken if you prefer). Very busy for being "off" season but we were found a table. In the summertime there is seating outside too. Dog friendly. People friendly, and children friendly. Wonderful, all inclusive place. Superb place for excellent coffee, great, interesting food and first class service. Properly made Ruben sandwich made in a frying pan so the bread was crisp and tasty. Coffee made with care and a quality blend used. Outstanding!

Best food in Bedale excellent staff and wonderful service. The quality and presentation of the meals is beautiful. They are only open from Thursday to Saturday. They are located on the bridge over the river and have both inside and outside seating. It's not possible to park here but a large car park is located on other side of the main road. It is a 8 minute walk from town centre.

Visited with some family members, food was amazing, ordered the katsu loaded fries, though they did get my order incorrect, the veg was left on, they were happy to correct it with no fuss which was lovely. The drinks if I am honest we're a little pricey on the cold menu but the cafe is lovely and well kept. Tables have skirts so not ideal if you are a taller individual like myself but crossed legs allows me to sit under them.

One word of warning, single toilet for the place, not a massive cafe so isn't a major issue but I feel it should be mentioned.

All in all, well worth a visit for some food and I will no doubt visit again when I am in the area.

Found this cute little place while traveling and it’s definitely worth the visit. Super delicious food and little bits and bobs throughout the shop to browse and purchase. Would definitely love to sit outside to watch the river when it’s warmer!

What a find! This is a foodies paradise with excellent choices for veggies as well as meat dishes. Service was warm, friendly, and helpful, dealing with our allergies sensibly and knowledgably. Our meals were served promptly. The food was delicious and the drinks were good quality and piping hot! We will definitely return!

It's my favourite place to eat, in the area. The foods are absolutely excellent, new things on the menu, each week, and often doing takeaway on Friday night. I'd give it ten stars if I could.

Lovely visit to see Santa. Food was amazing as always, arts and crafts were great fun, great time had by all.

My daughter and I have eaten here a couple of times and it’s been delicious. Everything is so fresh and tasty. I work in Bedale and if asked for cafe recommendations I always suggest here. There is something for everyone; meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans.
