Staff always friendly and welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. There are currently closures in the town and staff have offered customers to collect their shopping around the back of the store if they are unable to carry their shopping to the car. This is not something they would normally allow but have made exceptions until the issues are sorted.

This is probably the best frozen and grocery shop in March. They are very good with their prices, and have a comprehensive variety of products.

Well stocked, helpful staff, ideal location

The best prices and so conviniently located. However, their staff are not protected from possible Covid contamination and spread like staff at Aldi or at any other shops. No good plastic screens at their tills and staff not provided any face masks or gloves either.

Cheap - often very cheap - with some notably friendly staff who create a cheerful atmosphere that contrasts strongly with the nearby Sainsburys. Not remotely posh, but very human and a nice place to shop.
