I went in to the Rugby branch to order carpet for our living room, stairs, landing and bedroom. Myles (sales) was really helpful and took his time to answer any questions and show me a number of samples until I found the right one. He took his time to advise on underlay and let me try out the different feel of them. Very pleased with choice, support and service.

Luke was so helpful, friendly and professional. We really appreciated how clear and easy he made the whole process. Carpetright have fitted 3 rooms, stairs and landing for us and we've always loved the outcome. Definitely recommend and we will certainly be returning next time we need new flooring! Thank you!

Went into CarpetRight Rugby and Darren was amazing. He was really helpful and friendly. No pressure selling. Everything is arranged for a fitter to come to out next week. Great Service !

Went into store today to look at some carpets. I was served by Gav. He was really helpful when it came to choosing the carpets I wanted. Left store happy with my carpet ordered and not a long wait time for it to come and be fitted either
Will definitely be going back to get the rest of my carpets done

Luke at Rugby store is absolutely amazing he was so welcoming and went above and beyond to help myself and my daughter my purchase was so smooth and hassle free will definitely pass on his details if any of my friends require anything and James that came out to measure he was great too thanks again

Had a really great service from Carpet Right from the outset, Jamie attended to measure up and was great. I popped in to book and Darren was fantastic too, we are all booked in for a fitting.

The customer service of one particular young handsome chap was very admirable to say the least. He went above and beyond to make sure that my visit and experience to the store had been fulfilling and exquisite to every standard. Not only was I welcomed at the door with a friendly smile, but also escorted around the store without any time wasted. The customer service assistant I am particularly on about is a young chap called myles. With his excellent interpersonal skills and on board character to be both professional in representing the company and the cachinnation to keep his customers happy and comfortable, definitely went above and beyond. If I were to refer anyone for a promotion/pay rise, it would be him.

Well, where to begin - had a shocking experience at competitors last night! Safe to say we were facing a deadline and no carpets!
Alas - tonight we’ve been to Carpetright Rugby and Gav was AMAZING! What an absolute gem! Some serious recognition needed for this bloke!

He’s rescued not only a domestic, but an all round moving disaster, had we not have decided today what we needed!
