Nice place to charge the car and get a bite to eat. Views from the outdoor seating area are pleasant.

I called in on my way to Trawsfynydd and was impressed to see how clean and tidy the whole place was and thought what a good idea to have a self service takeaway during the quieter months. When I left I forgot to pick up my bag! The owner lives opposite and had seen on his CCTV that I had left the bag and ran out of his house to stop me driving away but too late.
I returned 30 minutes later and he recognised the car and came out with the bag. What a very nice chap.
That is service way beyond what I might have expected.
Thank you

We call in here twice over the weekend. Jo and her husband could not have been more accommodating if they tried. They supported us with making my mum’s birthday celebrations special - supporting us by providing candles for the cakes! In the Saturday we had 12 people and 3 dogs taking over their entire seating area… they were great with us!
The bean coffee is via a vending machine, fresh milkshakes also by machine, then a vending machine with fresh cakes, pasties and nibbles!! All available even when the cake is closed.
The cafe (was open both times we went) and cooked the most amazing mint and lamb pasties, panninies and cakes -mmm
I would definitely recommend this for a coffee stop off. They also have 2 EV chargers - InstaVolt so tap and go! We got a ~44kw/h charge!

Absolutely wonderful food. The “Greedy Cow” steak and Veg is super tasty. The lady (I think the owner) is lovely, super welcoming, chatty and friendly. Love coming here and will definitely be back!

The oggies are the best I’ve had along with a proper cup of tea and some great gifts for the family.

We live close by but yesterday was our first purchase from you. All I can say is WOW! The chicken, ham and leek pasty was by far the biggest and best I have ever tasted 😋, the hog roast sausage roll my hubby had was also so meaty and tasty.
Was lovely to meet you both, we will be seeing more of you! Thank you so much.

Had a cuppa and a natter with the lovely lady that owns the place, she has such a warm personality, most welcoming.
Would highly recommend..
Plus they have a coffee and hot chocolate self serve area if that's all you need and you can pay by card. Most handy if you don't want to sit and wait for food.
Don't forget to check out their reasonably priced gift shop too. ❤

Lovely place, so many nice pasties and pies, lovely ice creams and friendly staff.
We came across this place purely by accident whilst visiting the area around Snowdonia, in need of an ice cream but not finding anywhere to park we spotted the cow shed.... And a place to park the van.
Had a nice chat with the owners?? Had ice creams sat outside in the sun enjoying the views. Inside is lovely, clean and welcoming too. We didn't have a dog but it is dog friendly and even had doggy ice creams. Various yummy treats to buy including hot pies and pasties as well as a milkshake machine, a little gift style shop also inside (I had to buy the obligatory Welsh dragon Teddy) and also accommodation in the form of glamping tents and shower facilities.
Just because you were so nice and friendly we came back the next day for more ice creams and sweets before continuing on our travels.
If we had stayed in the area any longer we would of been back for the fry up breakfast too, and if we visit again we will definitely pop in.

Had a lovely stay in the Yurts here. Great facilities and a nice secluded spot with great advice on how to see the most of the local area. Food was delicious and nice sizes portions for breakfast. Definitely a place to revisit.

So first things first, the people who run the cafe are really lovely they made us and our dogs feel really welcome making sure we had somewhere to sit outside in the nice weather with shade for the dogs and even went a got some bowls and fresh water for them.

They stock Marshfields ice cream for dogs, and people! as well as a range of home cooked pastries and paninis which were so good we went back the following day just to have some more. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be making a visit and now I know they also run the glamping site just the side of the cafe premises.

Great place to stop with the dogs, they stock Marshfield dog ice cream (an absolute necessity in the 28 degree heat) the service is friendly and the parking is so convenient with somewhere to get out of the heat as well. We also had takeaway of some lovely hog roast sausage rolls and a couple of excellent paninis. I would recommend making a stop here.
