Incredibly helpful shop owner! Kind and knowledgeable, gave time to discuss options and I came out of it with an excellent coat and a group shelter! Definitely worth the trip over. Also must return for excellent stock of ruffwear dog equipment!

Recently called in during my time in north wales assessing a DofE group. Had great advice and service from the staff who even came looking for me all the way to the car park when I forgot to pick up one of my items. Due to the good service and range of excellent kit will be my go to store from now on with an excellent website also

These guys are fantastic, we made three separate visits last week and they were always welcoming. From the first visit to browse whilst on a walk where doggo made new friends, to our second visit where we were allowed plenty of time to try on shoes to find something that worked for my awkward feet. We were so impressed with how much care was shown on this second visit that the next day we went back and bought 2 more pairs of shoes! We will be going back and look forward to visiting their other store also.

WoW was absolutely amazing to be able to touch a item... So miss awesome shops like this. Where you can actually go and try shoes on... I am so sick of buying online and getting rubbish back.

Quite a small shop but items are well priced, despite the small size of the store they had a good selection available.

Didn’t have any luck at Cotswold with what I needed so happened to pass this place and then checked out the website. Went back the next day and really pleased that I did. A small shop with a great selection of quality products and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend. 👍
