No. 46 Coffee Shop

It's a place we visit every time we come to North Wales. It's a friendly warm place which is clean and always inviting. The food is delicious and the quiches are wonderful broccoli and Stilton a favorite. The coleslaw is also of note. As for drinks milkshakes and flavoured coffee really recommended by my family. I just enjoy a simple pot of tea in the quirky cups.

Our newest favorite for an afternoon cup of tea and snack! All of the staff/owners are super friendly and the treats are AMAZING!!! Their scones are the best I have ever had! I purchased the Bakewell Tart to take for dessert to a dinner we had been invited to - and it was delicious!

I've been here before, so I knew what to expect; quality coffee, (not simply good coffee, a good bean treated right to produce a good coffee. The stuff for aficionados!)
The staff come to you, there's a simple, snack-fare menu, the tables are cute and quirky from, behemoth traditional dining tables to small, simple two-seat affairs.

Brilliant brilliant local cafe, the latte hit all the right notes, satisfying lunch and enjoyed the orange almond cake finish.

Lovely warm welcome. Food was scrummy. They must have over-ordered on bacon because my BLT was crammed with it. The home made bacon and lentil soup was heavenly and plentiful.

A friendly cafe with excellent coffee, delicious home baked cakes and tasty breakfasts. The custard tart was so good I had to return next day for another slice. The breakfast bap is fabulous value, £6.50 including tea or coffee.

I love this place. Quality food and drink and served with a smile. It has a good and welcoming atmosphere. Plus Criccieth is a a pretty town right on the coast. Both well worth a visit.

Nice local eatery! Wife’s bacon sandwich was superb; as was my Goat’s Cheese & Chutney sandwich! Tea; hot & strong! Friendly, efficient staff. Clean & tidy premises! Decent price. Well recommended!

Friendly staff, quick service. Excellent selection of homemade cakes, including gluten free. The lemon meringue pie was delicious and the gluten free orange and almond was light and tasty. A huge pot of tea with cups and saucers, gave us 3 cups each with some left over. Clean toilets. Located on the main street. Highly recommended.

We're camping in Porthmadog for a week, climbed Mount Snowdon, and found this little cafe that accommodates gluten + dairy free diets. Amazing service! Super cute decor. These guys clearly work very hard and should be proud of themselves. Couldn't recommend this place more to anyone passing through. ☕

We go here every time we are on holiday in Cricceth, this was July 2022. Such a lovely atmosphere and the food is so delicious. We went twice whilst on holiday as we love it, especially the scones 🙂

Yummy food here. I had the cheese scone with bacon & egg - and loved it! The coffee is good too.

Visited here from a recommendation whilst on holiday. Lovely staff and atmosphere. Homemade quiche was very tasty ! The cakes looked amazing, especially the lemon meringue pie !

Fabulous ‘small’ breakfast and fruit scone, great decaf coffee, highly recommend 🤩

Had a fabulous breakfast at this coffee shop while we had a short stay in Criccieth. The staff were lovely and so friendly. I had scrambled eggs and beans and it was delicious. The scrambled eggs were lovely and creamy and it came with a plentiful amount of toast with, crucially, enough butter to spread each piece liberally. I would definitely recommend.

I just love visiting no.46 whenever I'm in Criccieth! The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much.
The food is fantastic, as is the coffee.
Definitely try the egg custard, so creamy...perfect!

Beautiful little cafe in criccieth would definitely recommend bacon baps are delicious and the bakewell tart too.
