Cath was such a lovely host.
Made us feel so welcome.
A hidden gem 💎 with so many birds and beautiful views and a wonderful location.
Upon arrival we were given coffee in the lounge and the log fire was well lit. 🔥
It was special.
The room was so clean and immaculate. Very cosy comfy bed.
The breakfast was perfect and delicious with an array of items to choose from.

Brilliant local for Porthmadog. The women who greeted us noted that in our party we had 2 adults and 2 kids. After a long journey 1 kid was in the bathroom and we joked about 1 missing from our party. On arrival after a long journey we were shown to a lovey and comfy living room where we were served tea and coffee. My kids absolutely loved this and they couldn't stop taking about the lovley lady.

We were shown the rooms which were clean, and had inclusive facilities of coffee tea and biscuits.

I would absolutely stay here again having made to feel welcome. Big thank you from me and the kids

We received a very warm welcome from Kath. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything required for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was first class, great quality produce beautifully presented and lots of choice.

I can't recommend this place enough. We arrived late at night and were made to feel warmly welcome from the moment we walked in. We stayed with our son and Kath was great with him, she is a very warm and friendly hostess and does her utmost to make your stay comfortable. We were shown to our room which was spotlessly clean and had a wonderfully delicious cooked breakfast in the morning and also offered the option of cereal, toast and fresh fruit. The property is situated in the midst of beautiful countryside, absolutely stunning. You can easily reach surrounding areas from here by car. Also recommend Black Rock Sands nearby where you can drive straight onto the beach. If you are staying with children check out the Children's Farm Park and also the Dwyfor Rabbit Farm for lovely days out. Thank you Kath for a fabulous time. We will visit again!

Very pleasant stay! Extremely nice and kind hosts. This farmhouse is set on a quiet property away from it all, but drivable to other scenic places. The room and super clean and it was a bonus to return after being out all day and having the beds made and the room all straightened up. Great outdoor space for families with children, the property is beautiful. The breakfast one of the best we have had at a B&B. Would love to return someday.

Peaceful with an excellent location for visiting Snowdonia by car. We visited Harlech, Conwy, Caenavron and Beaumaris plus did some hikes. Amazing breakfast each day watching many birds at the feeders. There a barn owl in the barn that we saw one evening. A great weekend with a lovely host.

Quiet & peaceful location. Great host and excellent Welsh cooked breakfast in the morning. We stayed in family room which had double bed, en suite and x2 single beds in an adjoining room. Free Wi-Fi. Great views.

First time here. Staying on business. Beautiful place, owners are fabulous people and the breakfast is as good as the photos suggest. Local, high quality food. Great area for walking and excellent scenery. 3 mile country walk to Criccieth. Quiet, clean, airy rooms perfect for summer. Highly recommend. Easy to find and get to. 7 miles from Porthmadog

We stayed here for one night and it was a lovely experience. We had to ask to collect our room key early as we had a prior commitment that day and would not be back till late that night. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating with our request.

The room was clean and the breakfast was absolutely superb.

I highly recommend as a place to stay

Stayed 3 nights here when visiting North Wales. As a same sex couple we are always conscious of discrimination when staying in small B&B type places, we were made to feel very welcome, very traditional accommodation and service. Tea was served in arrival and chocolate bites in our room.

Whilst the accommodation is dated, it’s comfortable, clean and practical.

Location is perfect and quite central for most attractions - it is quiet enough not to be disturbed but then a 5 minute drive gets you on the ‘A’ roads to explore North Wales.

Breakfast was delicious and filling. Most certainly will be back!

A happy and beautifully homely B+B, nicely positioned away from the main roads, but not too far from the amenities and the many local tourist attractions, such as the beaches and narrow gauge railways. The large farmhouse is surrounded by open landscapes, it's quiet, and has great views.
Excellent range of Breakfasts available, and the rooms are clean & comfortable. Family rooms are available, which makes it ideal when travelling with youngsters.
This was our 2nd visit, and we're likely to return whenever we are in the area.
Thoroughly recommended.
