Pleasure to deal with. I arrived much earlier than expected, no drama, by the time I had cleared the space in the van the lads were loading for me. Not helping they did the heavy lifting. Desk was described as having light use, if it was not for the fact it was not boxed I would have said it was new. Great quality outstanding value and a good laugh when on site. Thanks fellas.

I ordered an RH Logic 400 chair from here and got stellar service. I had first picked the wrong chair and had some concerns about the shipping costs. Upon calling, everything was clarified, and I received many pictures and videos of the two chairs I was interested in, which enabled me to pick the correct one. The chair itself was shipped brilliantly and arrived in record time and intact in amazing condition (which was a miracle to me as a different furniture company delivered 5 broken chairs). You couldn't even tell it was used. Amazing price and customer service, well deserving of 5 stars.

This company is kindly donating some Halloween decorations for children with disabilities and additional needs. What an amazing thing to do. Without the support like this North Birmingham Additional Needs wouldn't be able to do the inclusive events that we do.

Needed a chair as I'm working from home and quickly found a decent one was expensive. Found a fantastic refurbished one from Office Furniture Outlet. Delivery was super quick (next day). The chair is of great quality and condition and was a great price. It exceeded my expectations. The company are responsive to messages and queries. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

I went looking for a desk. The staff were all fantastic. The sales assistant was really helpful showing us around and the warehouseman was really friendly too.
There was lots of choice of really good used office furniture at great prices. I brought a Lee & Plumpton desk and a metal pedestal for £100. Both were in excellent condition.
The desk was disassembled for ease of transport and the warehouseman gave good instructions on reassembly.
All in all a great place to buy used office furniture and well recommended.
