Me and my wife often travel over to Church Stretton for a day out. And get a bite to eat. But this is the first time we have come here and we were not disappointed. Fresh ingredients and good service. I had the Salmon Sandwich ,my wife had Welsh Rabbit And both were delicious. They do a great breakfast to ,so next time we are over in Stretton we will give the breakfast a go .Potentially the best cafe in Stretton.

What a fantastic find! This tea house is not just a place to eat; it's a step back in time with its gorgeous historical decor. The homemade scones with fresh jam and cream are to die for, and the sandwiches and salads are just as amazing. They're open late, so we didn't have to rush. The staff here can’t do enough for you—they make the whole experience even more special. Truly top-notch service. If you’re anywhere nearby, don’t miss out on this charming spot. It’s a must-visit!

A lovely cafe that is dog friendly but they don't do any food for dogs to eat! Missing a trick there ladies and gent, we managed with a shared ham sandwich for the hungry pups. We really enjoyed our red onion and cheese tart with mixed salads and crusty bread, that was delicious. Friendly service and prompt, a lovely courtyard to sit in, when the weather is more reliable too. A little pricey but most places are now, although worth it. Very enjoyable and we will return. Loved our first visit to Church Stretton.

I went to Church Stretton and fancied a drink and a cake, I remembered Brerrys was nice from a past visit. Last time I had Spanish hor chocolate which was so thick I needed a spoon to eat it. This time I had a French hot chocolate which was really nice, I had a whisky cake but noticed they had a gluten free selection, too.
They do breakfast too, I sat in the top area which has comfy seats. Parking on the street is free if you find a space. Otherwise there is a carpark round the corner

I had jam, scone and Shropshire butter from here today and it was genuinely one of the best scones I’ve had. The butter was salty and creamy and the scones were freshly backed. The building is beautiful too

This was a lovely find, a busy little coffee come lunch place to go. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. We had the Shropshire rarebit and Welsh rarebit, absolutely delicious. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent cafe with a very extensive menu for a relatively small place. The food was very good - the scone I had was so light and fluffy. We sat in the lovely sunny, wisteria-clad outdoor seating area where our dog was also welcome. The service was the friendliest I've had for a long time. Ask to see the specials board. I'd love to come back to this place next time I'm in the area.

Lovely little cafe. We came here for lunch whilst driving through to go to Craven Arms. The decor is very sweet and homely and the waitresses were charming and attentive. The food was freshly cooked and delicious and will come return if we are ever in the area again.

Large group of us were accommodated really well in another room when no cafe tables were available, we very much appreciated it. Delicious cakes & drinks. Thank you so much.

Let your fantasy go when you come here. It is quirky and full of historic features. Food is second to none and you will feel very good after leaving. Prices are ok too (£9 for a main).

Wonderful little spot, lovely coffee and teas and delicious food. My husband and I went for lunch and liked it so much we came back for breakfast in the courtyard the next morning! The staff are really friendly and it was well set up for covid precautions - with track and trace, hand sanitizer and tables well spaced. Definitely a must visit in Church Stretton!

Lovely attentive staff set in a homely, cosy and quaint eatery. We loved the "conservatory" area we ate in. Lots of options for Gluten free etc. We loved it, thank you so much! ☺

What a lovely place to enjoy breakfast. We had the veggie breakfast and got a wonderful spread of freshly cooked halloumi, eggs, tomato, mushroom, beans, sweet corn fritter and toast. Yummy and filling. Great coffee and lovely staff.

Fantastic place for a late breakfast/lunch. Dog friendly and all locally sourced food.
A DELICIOUS selection of cakes and I’m sorry that I couldn’t get a picture of the food because I just couldn’t wait to eat it!
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. You tell me!
