The Little Cafe

So glad this cafe has opened. My husband had the breakfast and I had the gluten free Panini. The portions were good sizes and you could tell the food was fresh produce and good quality. You can definitely see why they get very busy. Keep up the good work and we will be back again soon.

Absolutely gorgeous food. We all had sausage and egg sandwiches and bacon. Good quality food and brilliant approachable staff who knows how to make you feel comfortable and at ease around them. Please come and try out this lovely cafe!!! You will not be disappointed.

I ordered a buffet for 9 people for a joint celebration for the birthdays of my husband and son. I spoke with Jan to go through what food we wanted etc. The food was delicious, as were the cup cakes. Jan also made a birthday cake (carrot cake) which was utterly delicious and moist (as were the cupcakes). As one of.our number has a dairy intolerance Jan used all dairy free ingredients. And also ensured she asked about any other allergies there might be. There was more than enough food for us. Jan also delivered the food at tge agreed time. I would definitely use them again and I would strongly recommend Jan if you ever need a buffet. It was an absolute pleasure to plan the buffet with Jan she is such a warm.and friendly lady

Me and my friends were well chuffed to find The Little Cafe opened for breakfast at 8am on Sundays. We stayed overnight at The Bucks Head for a walking weekend and there was no breakfast option.

TLC offered TLC of the highest order - staff team could not have been more welcoming, particularly the chap on front of house. The food was good quality, plentiful and great value for money.

TLC had only opened the day before our visit and we wish it every success as on the strength of the excellent service we received, it is very well deserved.

my favourite cafe , great food at a great price . The owners also bake wonderful cakes , also cakes to order .
my favourite is a toasted sausage sandwich with a latte , fantastic 😋

Been twice for Saturday morning brunch, great food wonderful value will be there again when Jan gets back off holiday. Keep it up total recommend we'll done on your new venture.

If I could give it a Zero star revue -I would! Simply put, after a late night drive to a nearby holiday hire, we had long planned a reward breakfast here on Sunday morning. We arrived at 09.00 to a firmly locked door with the closed sign displayed! We walked around town for 30 mins - returning expectantly, - but, Nope, still firmly locked despite the sign on the door and all other (web) references confirming that the venue was open Sunday for om 08.00! A VERY disappointing start to our holiday.

Terrible service. We went in today and was met with harsh attitude from staff. The food was appalling, awful quality, clearly super cheap sausages brought from bookers! The food was not even warm the cakes was dry ! Very overpriced! Horrible place wouldn’t recommend . Try Mr Buns for proper cakes and the cafe next to the book shop for a lovely quality breakfast.
