Cafe On't Front

My wife, her friend, and I had a late breakfast here this morning. Friendly and efficient staff, reasonably priced food. Between us we had a traditional breakfast, a veggie sausage and egg sandwich and a veggie breakfast. We were all very happy with our meals. I had the veggie breakfast and eight hours later I still can't contemplate dinner! Recommended!

The atmosphere in here was warm and friendly and was filled with local people who made us very welcome. We chose to eat here after a bad dining experience the previous evening at the hotel we stayed in. The staff were warm and friendly and we were warmly welcomed by the lady behind the counter who even catered for our dog by bringing her a sausage for her breakfast too. We were in the area to attend a funeral and the experience provided us with some much needed brightness go our trip. Thank you so much.

We had a great breakfast here. We had a giant tomato egg and bacon bag and a prawn salad. Both absolutely delicious. A friendly eating place, popular among the locals.

Superb cafe located in the vicinity of Calder Holmes Park. Great food served hot and promptly and at a fantastic price. AND they have spam on the menu! Definitely worth a return trip. 🍳

A lovely place with prompt service and extensive menu, they do breakfasts you can take out and enjoy at your leisure, perhaps in the park across the road or your very own airbnb experience - either way, worth popping in. They also do ice cream.

What a fantastic cafe, and as a bonus dog friendly too. 👍 Plenty of space to park the MTB outside. At a loss to understand why pedestrians / cyclists would pass this cafe to go in to the town for portion controlled over priced breakfasts. Great menu, I had the Full Monty breakfast, good portion size and great value. Served by Victoria, the proprietor, very friendly and welcoming service. Such an amazing little cafe, the food was brilliant and quick to be served, the staff were lovely. Place was very clean and is dog friendly. Price is very affordable and well worth the quality of the food! The bacon is always perfectly done!

Great food love the art on the ceiling. the design through the rest of the place needs modernising the mirror needs cleaning it generally has a pub atmosphere but due to good food and the staff being not unfriendly id go again :)

Cracking little cafe serving huge and gorgeous breakfasts. Lovely staff who were rushed the day I came in. But small is the cafe itself, but well worth a visit. Delightful veggie brekkie served with fried bread. Clean and very handy for everything. Just a bit noisy last week with the school holidays. 👍👍👍

Was pretty hungry so popped in on a recommendation and grabbed the last table (always a good sign,a busy establishment!) And was blown away by the amount of food served on the big breakfast! The quality of the meal was supeb and the service was top notch,I'll be back!

Passed this cafe walking into Hebden and decided to try an all day breakfast on the way out. The ladies are lovely and on one of the warmest day this year I don’t know how they stayed open. Food was cracking, good quality and huge portions. Highly recommend 10/10

Massive breakfasts and breakfast sarnies (and the bacon is cooked until the fat is rendered but the meat isn't dry) loads of food and one of the last bastions of reasonably priced brekkis in Hebden.

Proper Caff not a Cafe and their builders tea is best in town by a mile.

I Liked it because it was yummy. It had very good classic english breakfasts, yet the sugary things where very sweat. No joking on the best breakfast in town! ;) It was the breakfast. Joey (9) and B (7)
