Phoned saymours yesterday as had an issue with our ottoman bed, they came out today and fixed it with no fuss. Absolutely excellent after care service. Thank you so much.

The staff at saymors have gone over and above with their customer service. They were happy to come and do a home visit to ensure the type of bed we wanted could go up our stairs and when we visited the shop to chose the bed, help and advice was given as to the best mattress and headboard to buy for the ottoman be we wanted. Communication leading up to delivery was timely and the two men that delivered and built the bed were very polite and answered all my queries and more importantly respected our property and took away all the packaging. We are so pleased we went with a local company and cannot praise the staff and service highly enough. Thank you

Saymore Furnishers have come to the rescue, after being let down by another well known national company. Friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff, along with a good price for a lovely mattress. Delivery is prompt too, nice to finally deal with a compitant company. We highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!! Lesson learnt here is, deal with a local company, and they will never see you wrong.

Lovely to deal with a local independent store. Fantastic personal service nothing was to much trouble from store visit to delivery. Most of all I'm very pleased with my new bedroom furniture.

Situated on a small trading estate.Parking outside door,More beds than furniture.Muddled display and unable to try chairs as too cramped.

Purchased memory foam mattress and bed off this company. Ripped me off with a cozy sleep, and health bed made from latex. Not happy with service unfortunately.
