Charbel Blinds Ltd.

Ordered 5 Blinds for a South facing garden room. On installation John not happy with the fact that metal rod to keep the blind tight got very warm very quickly in the direct sunlight.Offered to get the blinds re done where the metal was wrapped in the blind fabric. On fitting the replacement blinds Alex was not happy with the stitching and so again offered to get them welded around the metal by the supplier. Not only this but also allowed us to change the colour as the colour was not quite what we envisaged with strong sunlight shining on it. They also allowed us to keep the blinds to be changed so that we were not without. They were collected Yesterday and installed Today in the new colour with perfectly welded/ Stiched bases.Also had 3 made to measure perfect fit Blinds where the metal frame matches perfectly the metal frame of our Summer room.
Thanks to all for going above and beyond.Could not wish for better customer service. Looks amazing.

Have now used this company for various types of blind: venetian, roller, vertical and perfect fit pleated. Throughout they have been knowledgable, helpful, efficient and professional. Any snags along the way were swiftly resolved. Happy to recommend.

I had a good experience with this guys but when it came to the instillation the attention to detail was not there. Unfortunately the plastic extension that’s meant to hide the screws can’t be attached properly as the screws used are too big, one covers the middle hole and one is too tall, so now have permanent drill holes in my window that are in the wrong place. This is especially annoying because if the installer just put the screws in the right places or maybe he ran out of the right ones and decided to use odd screws? Paying a premium price but not getting a premium service.
