We cannot recommend Prime Movers enough. After our home was flooded a couple of months ago, we have had to move into rented accommodation. Kevin and Daniel moved us into our home 3 years ago, so I did not hesitate to get in touch when I knew we would be moving again. Kevin called me back really quickly and was very accommodating.

Packing up and moving home is very daunting at the best of times, and both Kevin and Daniel instantly put us at ease. They were very punctual and efficient, initially they walked around our home to see what needed to be loaded up and created a plan of action. It wasn’t long until they had the Luton van full and ready to go.

Kevin and Daniel are so kind, friendly and funny, which made us feel very relaxed. We will see you in a few months when it’s time to go home! Thank you Kevin and Daniel!

Excellent service! Kevin and Daniel were efficient, professional and super helpful. Communication was easy over Whatsapp, with Kevin offering advice and tips throughout the process. I was able to send over a video of a house/room tour to give an idea of the size of our move. Being able to move out on one day, then in to the new property the next made the whole move a lot more relaxed and less of a rush. Being able to pay by the hour also worked in our favour. Thank you!

Kevin and the team moved my partner and I to a new house three hours away. They were professional, efficient and friendly - all three worked hard without breaks and got everything loaded and unloaded extremely quickly. It was a difficult move (moving from a first-floor flat) with a lot of items to fit into the van and they did a brilliant job. No damage was done to items or either property and the van was well equipped for fragile and awkward items. Heartily recommended and will use again.

Fantastic service received from Kevin and the team, booked at short notice with doubts over exchange and Kevin did all he could to accommodate us. Cracked on with the job and good sense of humour, day went smoothly, worth every penny. Would definitely recommend.

Kevin, Stuart and Daniel did a fantastic job helping us move into a new home, with good humour and a professional manner, taking care of every item. The work required troubleshooting a couple of particularly complex items but the team knew their stuff and some clever workarounds we were all moved in. Kevin, Stuart and Daniel were incredibly efficient and professional, getting us moved swiftly even during such difficult circumstances (pandemic AND snow!) I would definitely recommend this team! I used to live in a top floor flat with VERY narrow stairs and my new house it also has stairs and NO parking. So I was slightly stressed to find out a company which will actually transfer all my items (lots of boxes plus a bed and a 4 chairs with table). I must say I am speechless about their service! They arrived to my house right on time, and in ONE HOUR all my stuff where on the van, my bed dismounted, arrived to the new house, park nearby, deliver all my boxes and my bed was mounted back again. How good is that! Plus, they took me with them in the van and it was the funniest ride ever! None of my items broke or anything was damaged. Very professional guys and excellent service. Trust them with your home moving!!

I'm a university student living at the hospital accommodation, my flatmates and I had purchased a washing machine on Facebook and we needed someone to transport the machine from the seller and to our flat. We felt stranded as we didn't know anyone with a car large enough to fit a washing machine in it.

I decided to look online and found Prime Movers on the web. I called them up to check their availability and cost of moving the item and, I have to say that the customer service was excellent and, the cost was very reasonable.

Delivery occurred the next day! And the movers ensured that there was very good communication between themselves and the seller and, myself, so that each party knew when the movers were coming to collect and drop off the machine, respectively.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs an item moved. If you feel stranded, like I was, just give them a call and they'll be able to help and advice you!
