It has been a delight to discover Reena's. Serena and Vickie are so knowledgeable about the great variety of products they stock. They genuinely care and want to help you get just the right item you need. I have found discovering alternative remedies, and practices is not only effective, but has also become a great joy.

I had been suffering from menopause insomnia for over 3 months and found over the counter tablets were not helping, in fact they seemed to aggravate the issue. I called into Reena and was advised to try the Wild Lettuce tincture. A few drops in some water about 30 mins before I go to bed. It worked intermittently for the first 2 weeks but that enabled me to function as my sleep gradually improved. I’ve been taking it now for over 2 months and it’s fabulous. I sleep so soundly and if I wake I have no issues in getting back to sleep.

After struggling with a prostate issue, I was recommended to use nettle root tincture from Reena and the result has been outstanding, many thanks.
