Wonderful as soon as we walked in the store Teeside Park a young man Seamus was so helpful. My mum is in late 90s he really made her special along with Amina.
Both young people were helpful and friendly.

Along came Knight in shining armour in Clarks shoe shop.

Josy was an absolute star today. Took the time (and it was a long time!) to sort out my two sons with school shoes and trainers for PE. One of my sons is gender fluid and she responded to his needs with respect and understanding - this was very much appreciated, especially asking which pronouns he prefers. Josy - you made our day ❤❤❤

Amazing customer service yesterday evening getting paid of shoes last minute and a bag, for our trip away, fantastic experience and customer service, friendly and helpful throughout our experience. They either take the Blue light 🚨 card discount off. Thank you so much again

Visited the shop on April 7th and was so stressed trying to find some shoes for the two kids, thankfully there was a lovely worker who helped us out called Tilly, wonderful service from her and made the at first stressful experience turn into a smashing one, can't thank her enough for her outstanding help as well as her overall politeness! Great worker all in all! Got two lovely pairs of shoes and will definitely be coming back!

Great experience today when getting some new shoes for my son, was looked after by Susan superbly she measure his feet and showed me what was available in his size! She was fantastic with my son Grayson and a credit to the company, Thanks again!

Great service from Ummay today sorting our kids shoes for school. Busy store and training a rookie at the same time but checked girls got the shoes they liked most and fit was good - all in flash. A chore was made very pain free- thanks!

Visited your store today with my sister & brother in law, who has onset dementia. We asked a member of staff for help & told her what we wanted. She was very helpful & attentive & spent a lot of time helping us, giving us different options & measuring my brother in laws feet.
A big thank you to the lovely lady who was called Danielle. Your expertise, patience & help made my brother in law & sister feel at ease.

Quiet when I attended but can get busy. Staff friendly and efficient, expertly measured feet and suggested range of shoes. Dealt with children patiently which was great.

Friendly staff and really great service. We took our 16 month old to get his feet measured. The staff did it so quickly and easily.

Went for 10am appointment on a Thursday to get grandsons school shoes. We were the only ones in. Attentive, patient service from a young man and trainee. Got what we wanted and as we went out the queue started.

Quick service eve though it was really busy. Staff are always great with my little boy and the lad who served us today was only young but did a fantastic job on perviding a great service and knowledge. Always a great range of shoes to choose from

Lovely helpful service as always.. would be lovely to have a wider range of styles for older girls school shoes. But it's pretty much the only place that shoes fit my kids feet.

Took my Dad for new shoes he has Dementia the assistant was very patient with him answering his questions or worries. This shop is Dementia friendly made our shopping experience à pleasant one Well done to the staff

Well worth having your children's feet expertly measured and shoes fitted. The assistant brought shoes that were on sale too so made the experience more affordable

Fantastic staff I usually have trouble finding shoes to fit and always get blisters. It turns out I've been getting the wrong size. I chose a couple of pairs to try on. Chose one and the price was a bit much but they have turned out to be like slippers.

Excellent customer service, I booked a child foot measure appointment online and was seen straight away. Others were waiting! Ha! Thorough check and found shoes in sale
