Nice place to shop! Food is always amazing! Staff have always been really friendly! Love that you can return and pick up orders on the first floor too! Also love the self-scan for clothing that they've put in!

Simple pick-up in store and friendly, polite staff.

Before the cost of living situation that we’re currently having, I wouldn’t have even considered coming to M&S due to the prices. Since prices have increased astronomically everywhere, I went in and was pleasantly surprised. It’s currently cheaper than Tesco and Asda, and the food is much better quality too! The store is clean, albeit a little dark and cold. The cafe upstairs is great too! I got a baked potato, and it was the biggest potato I’ve ever seen! I visit every few weeks for some essential bits and pieces.

I had a wall mirror that I ordered online in December, but wanted to return.(too large)
I asked at the tills upstairs first as I didn't want to struggle in with it unnecessarily. A lovely young lady called Becky was very helpful with the whole process and even came out to my car, in the rain, to lift it out of the boot for me.

Staff members Becks and Vicki were really helpful and caring when my mother took ill in the store. They went the extra mile and I am really grateful for their help.

I went into the Teesside Park store on Monday looking for a sports bra to wear following an upcoming breast enlargement. An assistant called Barbara in the lingerie department was called over to help me and she was fantastic. She discussed options with me, was very knowledgeable, got me different sizes when needed and spent at least 20 minutes helping me. Couldn't have asked for better service.

The two ladies in the women's clothes department are absolutely spot on with customers. They were so helpful when I was buying a dress for a special occasion. They didn't show me, and I got what I needed.

I really like this shop. The staff are very helpful and friendly. A member of staff spent ages today trying to get my sparks card activated after I had failed miserably beforehand. I have mobility difficulties so I find it very helpful to have a trolley to throw all my purchases in and not just food. I can buy a dress and a pint of milk in the same shopping trip and gave a relaxing cuppa midway if I choose. I'm a seasoned marks and spencerer . Always enjoy my trips to m and s.

Went for bra fitting service today & top marks to the lovely lady who performed the service. Apologies that I did not get her name, but her warm & friendly approach was much appreciated, as it can be a little embarrassing for some people to use this service.

Love coming to the food hall. Friendly staff (always top customer service in here) shelves stocked well too. Don't go into the clothing part much but have bought a few things here and there and always neat and tidy with workers willing to help.

Large store with huge selection of clothes for all ages and gender. Lovely cafe serving lovely food and extremely good coffee. Food Hall is fantastic, very easy to spend a small fortune and have done on numerous occasions.

Haven't been to the M&S café for months. It's been a disappointment for years; poor service, poor coffee and poor environment. However, today was a revelation. Great coffee, lovely staff (Dan & Toni) and very comfortable seating. I eat humble pie!

Excellent service from the personal advisor in the shop today. I got a suit, shirt and tie for an upcoming wedding in very quick time. Gave me good advice without being pushy and the price was very competitive.

Lovely M&S shopping. Lots of choice of underwear, shoes and handbags. M&S Foodhall included. Cash Machine available just outside store doors. Plenty of car parking with numerous disabled bays. Very busy at peak times! Lovely memories of shopping trips with my mam here.

I was food shopping this morning for a friend. Not my usual food so I was not very good at finding things. A member of staff , Lee, was most helpful, and saved me a lot of time and frustration. Many thanks to him .

Made a visit to the ladies underwear garments so needed guidance on correct size and style, I certainly received this off a lovely lady named Kath who gave fantastic customer service and definitely went over and beyond to help me make my purchase after trying so many other stores before this, will definitely be back to shop here again, thanks again to Kath

Love this shop! Just not big enough,the food department is to small but I like it better than the middlesbrough one,the staff at the Teesside Park store are so friendly and helpful,the upstairs is abit boring my husband said also I dont like the way the cafe has take over more of the menswear dept menswear need new life sorry but its boring also the lighting in the store is poor.

Always a good selection of clothes. A nice store to visit, open and well laid out. Homewares section is small. A busy and popular M&S Food beside it.
