So much space to get around and it makes viewing the fish easily acessable to all very clean and staff are very friendly

Great, the guy behind the counter really helped us out by giving recommendations for setting up our new tank. I got new substrate, plants, plant food and an ornament.
The tank has been set up for over a week now and the plants are all still healthy, they were well rooted when I bought them.

Lovely for all your aquatic needs, friendly staff.

Guys are really informative, you got a question they've got the advice, couldn't fault their service at all, have been there several times and even ordered click and collect from their store as they are a pleasure to deal with.

Always helpful and the majority of staff are knowledgeable. A good variety of stock which compared to some outlets look well taken care of. Plenty of tanks, pumps and accessories to choose from.

I have been using Maidenhead Equatics for about 10 years now.
Their staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and are happy to impart their knowledge to customers.
It's not all about getting a sale, they really do want to steer you in the right direct for you, your chosen fish and your tank setup. This all helps when making choices.
I have three of their Solid oak cabinet tanks and really enjoy watching my fish and as they say " it's all about keeping the water" On testing my tanks with the API fresh water test kit I find that all my water parameters are spot on, the water is very clear and my fish all look well.
I generally deal with Angus who I find has a wealth of knowledge and can put it over to the customer very well. All the staff are really helpful and friendly, that's why Maidenhead equatics is my number one go to fish store.

Got a Fluval UV adapter for £20. Normally £70+ anywhere else. Top staff, clean tanks, healthy fish, brilliant and consistent prices. 10/10 from me.

I purchased fish tank and a fish to upgrade my old one along with sand and ornaments the gentleman that served me was absolutely brilliant he helped me all the way nothing was to much trouble and he had time to help me and explain many thanks again didn’t ask his name older gentleman thankyou again
