Ivo Lounge

Great atmosphere, excellent staff attitude and an amazingly varied menu. Hannah runs the place with grace, showing quick thinking and good judgement in a potentially tricky situation. Kudos to her and the team.

Just had a wonderful meal at the Ivo lounge. Great menu, with a wide choice. The burger was amazing, and I highly recommend the ice coffee. The staff were excellent, with great attention to detail. The atmosphere and decor put a cherry on top. I hope to get back there soon.

It's a great place to go. The food is lovely and fresh, the staff could do with one thing a tabard or something so you know which person is staff. I love the fact that it's dog friendly. My grand daughter made a bit of a mess. However, as we were getting up, the guy came with the cleaning things to clean up. That's what you call on it ( well done). I was trying to find fault with anything, but there was nothing, only tabards thing. Great job...

Very warm welcome by the manager, he was very attentive and immediately brought over a glass of water when he could see my sister in law having a coughing episode. Food was really nice and cooked well.

A five star review for this lovely addition to St Ives. I've been loads of times and it's always been a good experience. Lovely friendly staff, led by an extremely nice manager, tasty food and great atmosphere! The food and drinks arrive quickly and the menu has calories on it, which is very helpful. And most importantly it's dog friendly! There are dog water bowls and dog snacks. For those unhappy with it being a dog friendly place, go to Wetherspoons, over the road as they are definitely not dog friendly! It's also wheelchair friendly and child friendly

Had a lovely lunch here. They have an amazing selection of gluten free and vegetarian dishes on the menu. Food is tasty, service is prompt, and staff are freindly. We are already planning our next visit for brunch!

Self serve at the table using a QR code or can bar order. Quick service. Always busy. Decent vegan options. Well worth a loo.

We ordered a large and regular breakfast with a kids pancakes and fruit compote and banana, was all very nice even though I would have preferred the kids compote to be in a pot on the side as I have a fussy toddler but none the less it was all good and I know that’s a personal preference. On a side note after seeing someone else’s review We was literally sitting behind Zeno Ambrose and heard her complaint, she never once stated to staff that peppers made her “sick” they swiftly tried to rectify her issues and remade her whole dish, once this was brought out she then proceeded to say she wasn’t satisfied unless she got a discount to then rudely push her food around her plate and ask for a refund when a discount wasn’t offered!! Personally I wouldn’t take her review as honest and the whole situation was quite embarrasing, I feel sorry for her friend as she was red as a beetroot!! Sorry Ivo Lounge for her bad review but hey you can’t please everyone

Loved this place was welcomed with a smile and served very quickly, the vegan menu has a lot of variety and not the usual spicy lentil rubbish. Dogs are very welcome with their own water bowls treats and blankets

Lovely. Went for lunch for the first time today. Staff were lovely, food was good value and yummy and it had a lovely warm atmosphere. Looking forward to going back!

Very comfortable seats, friendly atmosphere great food. Would recommend the sausage sandwich for breakfast and tapas for lunch. Excellent service

I went on Sunday with my family to celebrate my bday. I ordered the food and arrived in 25 minutes! Really quick!! The quality of the food is incredible and fresh. Definitely I will go again!!
