Caffè Nero

This caffe Nero is in such a beautiful place. Me & my wife and 3 of our family called into here before having a look around.

It was a very cold day so we went in for a coffee to warm us up. Great service, options, prices and warmth! Thanks

Good coffee in wells main high street. My decaf soya latte was well made, ok it's decaf and soya but believe me it's easy to get wrong and cafe Nero made the best one I've ever had. Gluten free crumble slice was tasty. Lots of comy setting.

Really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and the appear to enjoy their job. Staff also have a sense of humour which in this day and age has got to be good. Worth 5 stars all day.

Love Cafe Nero, and the one in Wells is up there with the best. Coffee is good and the cakes are lovely.

So much better experience here than the 2 in Bath we visited yesterday. 2 trainee baristas keen to please and very welcoming. We came back for a second visit because we so enjoyed the first. This is what we expect from Nero. First visit in Bath yesterday seemed a bit chaotic the second we seemed an interruption on their day.

Good Cafe Nero branch. Nice decor, good service from Amy, coffee excellent, toasted panettone excellent too.

Not too busy in a small, honeypot city like Wells with lots of cafés and visitors. Clean toilet. Good seating. Worth a stopoff!

Ideal for large cycling groups, dealt with us quickly even though there were about 20 of us. You can leave the bikes outside but there are large windows to keep an eye on them. Open by 9am which is ideal for early morning riding. I had a nice latte and cake which went down well. Very friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble, including the ability to top up my water bottle. If you are doing an early morning cycle to Wells. It's an ideal stop.

Espresso and Caramel Frappe Crème was exceptional! Lovely lady serving let us have the extra iced milk for a child. Usually open later than the other coffee shops as well.

A large Caffé Nero's ideally situated in the very historical City of Wells that has plenty of indoor seating, that sell a good range of hot & cold beverages, as well as hot & cold savories plus delicious cakes, I ordered a flat white from the very friendly server which was made to perfection.

Unfortunately it does get extremely busy most of the time due to its location, but there always seems to be plenty of staff to serve you as quickly as they possibly can & clear the tables.

Very good coffee and a nice and chilled experience.

Bright, clean and airy feel to the place. Air con going which was a bonus the day I went as it was 31degrees outside. 2 members of staff on shift, both friendly and polite.

Excellent food. A nice place to stop for a bite to eat & a drink. Staff are friendly.The toilet leaves a lot to be desired.

Hello. I am a regular customer at my local cafe Nero’s. I go there often and it brings me heaps of joy. The baristas are lovely ladies and know my order off by heart! They know more about me than most of my family. Thanks guys keep bringing me comfort. Lots of chair space and skinny baristas. Masses of cake choices and drink options. Thankyou so much for always serving me the tea. Sis.

Good Coffee Shop on the High Street in Wells.

Nice coffee, friendly staff gets very busy but there has been seating added out the front which is a bonus.

Always a friendly welcome,use these coffee shops whilst holidaying in our touring caravan and also dog friendly in majority of them.....I always have a gingerbread latte and they're not stingy with the syrup

Very sweet lady called Amy works here, who asked clearly if I could remove my mask to order as she is hard of hearing and lip reads ... pointed out the sign to me which details this (which I couldn't read as had forgotten my glasses) but we worked it out ...

Nice coffee too.
