Costa Coffee

Popped in one chilly Sunday afternoon for a warm drink and a cake and were not disappointed. Friendly staff, lovely drinks (I think I'm addicted to the Costa hot chocolate!) and a very clean and tidy environment. Will definitely stop by for a chocolate fix next time we're in the area.

Coffee beans are important but not every cup coffee is equaly made. I have my favourite people who make great tasting coffee! One of those places is Costa in Wells....Young lad who always remember what I am having and by the observing he knows all the regular customers and their favourite drinks. I will have to mention that I am popping in for coffee on Thursdays mornings so its relatively quiet ... What a exceptional customer service 👏. He's polite and smily. Not to forget to mention equaly lovely blond young lady who I can chat about our cats 🙏🏻😺

Lovely branch of this well known chain. This was the first time using this branch as we were on holiday. They weren't busy at the time so we were served quickly. The food was great and the staff friendly. The toilets were also clean.

Called in today & received great service. The staff were extremely helpful. I had my dog with me & I was allowed to sit in the sunny courtyard, didn't realise they had an outside area. The kind member of staff carried my tray out for me as he could see it would be tricky for me with the dog! Great coffee & lovely tasty sandwich.

Great staff and they cope well being understaffed. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

Had one of the best coffees I've ever had here. I order a gingerbread latte wherever I go and got the smooth blend and it was amazing. They don't do the smooth blend anymore as it was a one time thing, but they still do the perfect coffees. The right strength of coffee and right amount of syrup every time - love it

Good little Costa Coffee in Wells.
There is plenty of seating space.
As Wells is often busy with visitors, it can get full up pretty quickly in the main times.
It's definitely back nice and friendly Costa Coffee shop.

Nice coffee,nice staff always on top of things ,costa coffee it seem to have the edge on there rivals coffee 1 which in my view have gone down as they need lessons from costa how to make coffee.

As always, a lovely store right in the heart of Wells. Much larger than you think, with extra seating at the back and a garden area for those who want a cigarette with their drink.

I had the gingerbread and cream hot chocolate. It was very nice although it could be a little stronger taste but that's just how I like it. Great customer service too!!

Nice. Next time I'll have a bit of cake too.

The Costa in Wells, Somerset is one of the best I have visited, with a happy, conscientious and cosmopolitan team, who keep the place clean and tidy. The coffee and food is always excellent.

Tried vegan toastie, coffee and crisps, lunch deal. So pleased to find a hot vegan lunch option, so I combined early lunch and late coffee. Tasty and filling, good service too.

Visited Costa wells today and it was lovely. The barista Johnathan was fantastic so polite and helpful he really made us smile

Loved my whole milk Latte as usual but what made it better was the chatter between the staff many good belly laughs . Loved it !

Great service and a brilliant selection of food and drinks. Very spacious as well for a high street café.

As expected, a lovely coffee and a slice of delicious cake. Comfy chairs ideal for a chat and relax after a bit of shopping.
