Total transparency and honesty- even pointing out small scuff marks I hadn't noticed when inspecting bodywork to make sure I was happy. mechanic thoroughly inspects all cars and addresses any issues. MOT renewed if < 3 months remaining, service performed if due. All free of charge. Will definitely use again in the future.

They also put the car through an mot which is great also spent time cleaning the car up ready for the collection day.

Don't trust this place at all. Bought my car last November with 118.000 miles. A noise in the gear box appeared as they gave me 6 months warranty I took it back within 3 days to investigate it as they sold me the car with all good on the multi point check paper work. They said to me that they checked it and put new bearings on and that it was just a normal noise as the car was with high mileage, so I took it home in good faith! They even gave me £200 cash back saying that from that day the warranty was not valid anymore and that they didn't want to see me anymore again I accepted that in good faith! Two weeks ago the noise became very loud when I was driving luckily I stopped at a local garage in time for them to tell me the gear box was about to explode and it's not road worthy. I phoned them back explaining the issue and they told me that they only stripped off and put back together as there was no issue with it and denied about changing the bearings and weren't prepared to meet me half way or anything. The car has only done 3.000miles since November and the gear box shouldn't have gone within those months according to my good mechanic, who has also confirmed the gear box has never even been touched as it still has the manufactures original untouched parts. They are clearly untrustworthy, if they'd of just told the truth I would have been happier to sort it with them instead they just fobbed me off, luckily I found a decent mechanic in time before putting my life at risk! Avoid this company like the plague if you value your life!
