Absolutely Brilliant. It's a great feeling picking up your vehicle after its been serviced by skilled technicians (feels like a new car!).

I've used Melbourn Auto Services several times now and really impressed with the service. The team are always more than happy to answer any questions and explain the details of the work being done. They're not the most local garage to me but I go there because of the good service!

Lee and the team at MAS fitted me in at short notice, they were all very kind and helpful, good price and did an excellent job. Well equipped garage, lovely clean waiting room with tv, phone charger ect! Well recommended!!

Booked my 350Z in with the guys at Melbourn Auto Services this week. They did an excellent job - very professional, good quality work and with great communication along the way. I'm usually very picky about who works on my car, and have had some poor experiences in the Cambridge area in the past. Booked my first MOT with Melbounrn Auto Services due to their high Google rating. Absolutely lived up to it. Very quick process and after failing it's MOT, they quickly re-booked me for the retest and the repair work needed. Were super helpful with all questions I had and even dropped my car off at my house due to my working hours. Can't recommend them any more 👍.

I am really impressed with the service I have received today at the Melbourn Auto Services. My overall experience was fantastic because Dan was down to earth and prepared to explain things clearly. He went out of his way to diagnose and promptly fix the issue. I'd definitely recommend this garage to all my friends and relatives because the service and care are excellent - they genuinely want to help you and take pride in the service they provide. I won't be taking my car anywhere else. Thanks once again for amazing job!

Great service that I'd highly recommend. They match car services with the car's year and condition to ensure necessary things are checked but also don't do things that aren't necessary thereby avoiding extra fees. They have a little waiting area with WiFi too so you can even get work done/chill while you wait.

The guys have been an amazing addition to melbourn and always take care of my mum and I when we need any work doing. All very nice lads, especially the man behind the desk. He's a very nice person.

I was advised by my colleague to use Melbourn Auto Service which I did and I am very happy that they have fitted me so quick. Great team, quick service, spacious waiting room, nice coffee and entertaining on tv made my waiting time shorter. Highly recommend this garage you will never be disappointed. Start to finish I cannot word how impressed I am with their complete service.
Stuart, on the counter was polite professional and very welcoming.
The waiting area was large, clean, comfortable and very well furnished. It was that nice I wasn't clock watching and had no need to get picked up.
Lee and Dan diagnosed my problem in no time. They willingly showed me the issues and explained it all to me so I could understand.
I came to MAS for a second opinion as I had been quoted an astronomical figure by another garage. MAS were alot better on the price to!

Top marks all round.

As a woman attending the garage alone, which can be really daunting, I was made to feel very welcomed at Melbourn Auto Services. The service was excellent, I was welcomed at reception and all work was thoroughly explained. I didn’t leave thinking I had received less than what I had paid for, which has always been a concern with other garages. I will definitely return and recommend this garage.
