We had a cracking stay here for two nights enjoying three of their en suite bedrooms.

Extremely well furnished with fridge, hairdryers and tea/coffee making facilities.

Fabulous cooked breakfasts each morning with locally sourced ingredients and a delicious and enjoyable supper on one of our nights.

A very well run and obviously successful business (given how busy it was on a Tuesday/Wednesday in May).

Would highly recommend a stay, a meal or just to call in for a drink and warm friendly welcome.

Visited just before 2.30pm on Sunday, and they managed to fit us in before service stopped for Sunday lunch.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Had the spiced butternut squash soup and brie wedges to start, followed by two beef roasts. Portion sizes were generous and the food was good quality and tasty.

The pub is quite traditional inside, with a large fireplace and dog friendly. Would visit again if in the area.

We had an amazing Sunday lunch here - mains and desserts were so good. (We didn't stay here, just had food). There is plenty of parking too, if you're staying or for food/drinks.

A really welcoming pub, we stayed at the White House hotel, and got recommended to visit The Masons Arms, we absolutely loved it here, we spent both of our evenings in the masons arms, the food was absolutely amazing, I was shocked on how large the portion sizes were, really impressed!

I highly recommend this place. Next time we visit we will definitely be staying in one of their rooms also! X

We popped into this lovely thatched Pub during a summer thunderstorm for a quick pint. The Pub is very inviting and has a good selection of beers/ciders on draught.

We had a quick look at the menu which was varied and well priced. The Liver and Onions special was exceptional in both quality and quantity. In fact the best pub food we have had in a very long time.

A real Local Pub with great food and drink. We will definitely be returning very shortly.

Excellent pub. Good food. Friendly. What more could you ask. Didn't experience rooms so can't rate. If as good as the atmosphere they are brilliant.

Not many places serving food on a Monday evening but fortunately the Masons are, and what a fabulous meal we've had. I had the salmon & my husband had stroganoff, both meals were delicious & huge portions. Very pleasant staff, hopefully we'll return before our holiday is over.

Gorgeous pub with lovely warm atmosphere inside. Food was absolutely delicious. I had the homemade chicken and mushroom pie, hubby had homemade chicken curry - both were amazing and huge portions!

We had the most amazing meals. Quality food, and a nice choice. Great portion sizes. The best home made chunky chips. I had the oriental crispy belly pork, and it was sooooo good. Lovely staff, nicely spaced out inside. Couldn't fit in a pudding though.

Family party of 9 dropped in without booking. Staff obliging and honest in relation to availability. Whilst we had to wait until food service commenced we were fully accommodated and served a lovely selection of food at reasonable prices from the menu.

What an amazing pub. So friendly and welcoming. The food was lovely and enormous! As a solo traveller with my pooch, Roger, it's great to feel 'at home' straight away as the staff and locals were so friendly.

I love my food, but have to say the portions were too big! All fresh and well made. They went out of there way and did an omelette for breakfast for me. Thank you, what a team.

We went for lunch on Easter day and we didn't book in advance. Luckily they were able to give us a table tough it was very short notice. We also had a small dog and they were happy to let us in with the dog. Food came quick and it was lovely. Staff really nice, very polite and quick. Lovely place!
