One of the best pharmacy’s I’ve ever used, recently changed from Chilton Pharmacy to Higginbottom and it’s perfect! Friendly staff always very welcoming ,extremely well organised, medication always correct, A very professional service. 5⭐

I've been using Higginbottoms for many years. A lovely, privately owned chemists with friendly, helpful staff who always go out of their way to give a great service. Free delivery of prescriptions too.

Just can't think of anything bad to say at all!

Myself & husband have been customers of this pharmacy for over 10 years. It is first class service 2nd to none. Staff are always polite & helpful. We need our prescriptions delivered & that service is also excellent. In addition if I need advice the pharmacist is great at explaining things in layman's terms & very patient.

Simply the best!!! excellent first class service, friendly help and advice from Jamie the Pharmacist whose knowledge is vast and extensive (he should be a doctor!). All staff first class, as is their prompt, free prescription delivery service. Top marks to all - Patch and Lord Geoffrey Gregg, Tursdale, County Durham.

Really helpful and friendly staff who really listen and are so helpful in explaining the needs of customers. Definitely the best chemist in Ferryhill.

The pharmacist is AMAZING! He remembers your name, asks relevant questions about your medication, very knowledgeable and if you ask to talk privately there’s a separate area. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I came in today to pick up a prescription and in the front other people in the shop I was asked about my alcohol consumption.
I do not mind a survey BUT NOT in the shop.
I am totally disgusted and I was embarrassed.
I believe u should re think your service

NHS 111 refffered me to pharmacy for 8.30am to seen ASAP got there only to be told they were too busy and they'd ring me later, despite having a serious infection in my hand

Terrible pharmacy, medication never ready on time, and they discuss sensitive prescriptions in public. Awful customer service. Avoid if possible.
