Fairy Hill Cakes

Amanda created a fantastic cake for my partner's Mam's 75th birthday on the theme of The Secret Garden. Everyone who saw it was blown away by how good it was. The care and attention to detail was incredible and Amanda herself is a lovely person, friendly and works with you to make your design a reality. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her cakes are a work of art and absolutely delicious too. I would give more stars if I could.

Amanda made us a stunning cake for our Mothers 90th birthday. Everyone at the party was amazed at how beautiful it was and by Amanda's fabulous baking and decorating skills.

I have had many cakes from Amanda for my children’s birthday. They are always stunning and creative she comes up with ideas based on a theme for example my little one wanted a “hulk-ghostbuster” cake executed seamlessly and you have never seen anyone so thrilled. We have had the painting biscuits too which were a hit and delicious! It’s the highlight of my children’s birthdays they are planning their next one already….watch out Amanda! I cannot recommend this place enough! I emailed Amanda asking what kind of birthday cake I could get for my Mam within my budget, and she went above and beyond to create something beautiful and personal with what little ideas I had. The care and patience that went into decorating and planning the cake is unbelievable! I couldn’t have possibly imagined anything better than what I got- it exceeded my expectations exponentially. Amanda made my daughter a lovely heart shaped birthday cake - red velvet with white chocolate buttercream. It was absolutely gorgeous and tasted delicious. ☺

Our experience with Amanda was the best. From our face-to-face Zoom chat where she gave us the options to the delivery of our wedding cake, Amanda is a down-to-earth, trustworthy, friendly and professional creator.

Amanda took our ideas on board perfectly and created something unforgettable for us on our big day.

We ordered a two-tier semi-naked lemon drizzle cake with pistachio and raspberry macarons and a gold drip. The cake itself was a perfect balance, fresh, delicious, and it looked sensational. It was a massive hit with us and our guests.

Amanda worked with the venue staff and our florist to make everything come together. She also estimated quantity really well, which was super important to us, as we live overseas and couldn't have too much left over.

All in all, we are so happy we decided to work with Amanda for our wedding cake.

There are no words to describe how amazing our wedding cake was! Amanda is amazing at what she does and so talented. She listened to our ideas, took them and created our vision, even down to the tiny details. The cake looked absolutely unreal and tasted amazing, the best cake I've ever tasted. We opted for top and bottom tier red velvet and the middle tier vanilla. Delicious! Everybody commented on how beautiful it was. We will be forever grateful to Amanda ❤

Amanda made us an amazing wedding cake and beautiful biscuit favours. The design of the cake was beautiful and it tasted delightful. Everyone commented how unique and special the wedding cake was. The favours were so pretty and had our names and date iced on - some people have kept them as memories as they were too beautiful to eat! Amanda really did go above and beyond for us on our wedding day and we can't thank her enough!!

Amanda has a very unique talent at creating the best cakes I have ever seen or tasted. She will follow a specific design or create something amazing with her own imagination based on a small idea you have. Attention to detail is amazing, her talent is on another level. From our 1st experience she has been creating beautiful cakes for my children for a number of years now...a genuinely lovely lady and her business is a little hidden gem ❤

Ordered a bespoke cake for my dad's 70th birthday party and I do not have the words to say how absolutely amazing it turned out, it was a complete showstopper and was so much more than I could have hoped for. I have never seen my dad's face light up so much and is the best present he has ever been given, I could not have been happier and will never go anywhere else for my cakes now. Absolutely perfect 🥰
