Lebaneat

We had an absolutely delicious lunch at Lebanese. We were in a bit of a hurry (sadly because I could have stayed a lot longer) and Ahmed, the manager, got us in and out super-quick while being friendly and welcoming. Great menu with some delicious wine too — if only we could have stayed longer. I very much hope to be back soon.

I'm glad we discovered this little hidden gem in Durham Town. The menu was interesting, the food fresh and brilliantly made and the service above standard. If you're bored of the usual fare try Lebaneat... You'll not be disappointed!

Probably the best restaurant I have visited in Durham. The flavours, presentation and worth for the price made this place a must-visit. The service was good too. Quite the gem in Durham :)

Food was excellent, lunch time deal very good value too! The home made lemonade was super tasty.

As an African whose taste buds are used to unique spices, I don’t get easily impressed by foods at some restaurants but Lebaneat completely blew my mind yesterday with their Shawarma chicken. I almost chose to eat the chicken with chips but the waiter suggested that I try it with the rice in order to get the full experience and I am so happy that I listened to him!!! This meal was a party in my mouth and I made sure to eat every single grain of rice & piece of chicken on that plate. I also love that the meals come with some Lebanese bread and garlic sauce! My friends also loved their meals and I heard no complaints.
The service was spectacular and the waiters were always available to assist us with anything. They were also very willing to take photos of my friends and I, which I appreciate so much.
I’ll definitely be returning to this restaurant!!!

Food was amazing. Got the shawarma wrap and was full of flavour. Staff are so friendly and welcoming while waiting for the takeaway got to explore the location and it was beautiful. Would highly recommend. I can’t stress the level of hospitality from the staff. They really make you welcome and always going the extra mile!

Amazing tasting food. I would highly recommend this place and I'll certainly be returning when next in Durham.

Had a vegan cold starter platter, vermicelli rice with Lebanese bread. It was all delicious. Decent espresso too.

Delicious! We had tabbouleh, spicy potatoes, halloumi and falafel wrap, and chicken shawarma. So, so good. Then we had all the desserts!

Great food. Not cheap, but worth it. Good sized portions and attentive service. Can be a little "cozy" at busy times.

What a fantastic place for a quiet, late lunch. Excellent food- took a little while to come - definitely not fast food! It was freshly prepared (I was sitting next to the kitchen) - well worth waiting for! Unhurried, unhassled and not over priced for their lunch time menu (available until 5pm!).

Fantastic day out n meal there price may be high bit well worth it very filling an bare in mind Lebanese food is quete bland in taste, this is how its done not your local Indian kebab house don't compare it ! There's a really buzz to this place. Very popular, so it's great you can book. A bit chaotic at peak but with the warm hospitality its easy to forgive. Food is great. Well prepared, big portions and good value. There are all the staples done well plus some interesting items. They are keeping the menu up to date. Houmus is great and the Baba Ganoush amazing. We had some cheesy pastry rolls that were also great. I loved my chicken kofta. There's only Lebanese wine on the menu, which is novel. We had the Syrah and it tasted great. Unfortunately they'd run out of the Lebanese beer. Fun, tasty, great value!

Very polite service. I reccomend the red hbiscus ice tea never seen it anywhere else. Food is very well presented and tasty.
