Really good food. Staff have been lovely everytime I’ve come in and really quick service. Would 100% recommend

Liam and I think James it was were very helpful showing me how to use the kiosk in my old age…. The manager Ben was well spoken and got my food to me as fast as I ordered it also the lady cleaning the tables I think it was Anne, was very polite and understanding. Overall 5 star experience.

This was my first time going to Burger King as it hasn’t really crossed my mind to try there but when I popped in I was Suprised about how well the staff members presented themself and on how helpful they are, the let me know it was kiosk use only which I didn’t know how to use and they offered to send someone out to help me straight away. Overall great food and great staff and will definitely be going back again.😁😁😁😁

Went in today and they really do put the FAST in fast food I think I was there for around 2/3 minutes and everything was ready for me it was also a great comfort that I could see how clean the kitchen is as I know some other businesses don’t keep their workspace the cleanest.

10/10 service, food come nice and quick. Workers were friendly too. Will definitely be returning!

Walked into the store, cleanliness was outstanding. Ordered a whopper to try the signature burger and it was amazing. First time I’ve gotten a burger from fast food that looks like it does on the menu. !!!

I have not been to burger king in awhile, but to say I have had the best experience from a drive thru window is an understatement. The young man at the window who i spoke to was extremely well mannered and seemed very energetic. Food was promptly handed out and the man assured me that everything was okay with my order, To which it was! Great food, Outstanding service, Would highly recommend!

Great quick service, nice clean restaurant. When the food arrived it was fresh and hot, I can’t fault them. Touch screen self serve soft drink machines in the restaurant too.

Very clean Florida style drive through. Plant based burger freshly cooked, good ingredients, helpful staff. I ate in, covid safe ... clean and comfortable surroundings.

Before heading ofr to eat at the Thinford Burger King my wife and I ordered using the app.
There was a "buy one get one free" offer on the day we went.
I placed the order in the cart and then proceed to add sides and drinks.
The app then said to click a button when we were about five minutes away.
When I attempted to do that the button had disappeared.
However I did receive a confirmation email which included the button. I clicked and nothing happend.
When we arrived at the restaurant our order had not been received.
I spoke with a member of staff who then asked the Manager to speak with us.
We went through the process on the app again and couldn't find the button to confirm that we were five minutes away. We went through it again and eventually the confirm order button appeared in the app.
Great, we thought and went to sit down. Soon after the manager brought out our order which to our surprise consistsed of nothing but the sides and drinks.
The buy one get one free offer had not been added to the cart which meant that we had to order it again at the counter.
While this is not a problem in itself it does beg the question, "What's the point of the app if it doesn't do what it's supposed to?"
It's really not fit for purpose. Very poor.

The restaurant itself was fantastic and the Manager and Staff were so helpful so full marks to them but I'm afraid I can only give the app 1 out 10. It's difficult to navigate and doesn't work. Definitely needs work.

Best burger king I've been to in a while, really friendly staff. Girl with blue hair behind the till was absolutely excellent despite being really busy. Food was fresh and delicious. Will be coming back on the regular, see you soon!

First time I’ve ever been to a Burger King drive thru. The girl was lovely and suggested some items for us to try. The frozen Fanta was lovely! I had mixed strawberry and lemon 😍
