Golden House Ferryhill

Just ordered sweet and sour chicken balls but had it with curry sauce for delivery. The food was at the door within 10 minutes. Driver very polite and the food was fantastic. There was 10 chicken balls, the curry was a bit spicy but beautiful, the fried rice was lovely and so were the chips. Would definitely recommend here

Had a fantastic meal from Golden House Takeaway! First time ordering here so thought I'd give it a go.

I ordered the Singapore-style Chow Mein. Unlike traditional Chow Mein, this version has distinctive curry seasoning, giving the noodles a fragrant, mildly spicy kick. Packed with a colorful mix of ingredients, including tender slices of chicken, shrimp, pork, beef, alongside crunchy vegetables like bell peppers, onions, and bean sprouts. It was delicious! Also came with chopsticks which not many Chinese Takeaways do now adays.

One suggestion for the future: it would be great to see some desserts on the menu! Traditional Chinese treats like mooncakes would be a wonderful addition and no-where does banana fritters in goldern syrup anymore. I really miss those.

Highly recommend Golden House for anyone craving quality Chinese food in Ferryhill. I'll definitely be back!

Always absolutely fantastic. The number one Chinese takeaway in the area no questions asked. Food always hot, delicious and the portion sizes are very generous!
