Sherwoods Town Centre Citroen Sunderland

Quick response to my phone call when booking a service. Appointment booked around my work schedule and Sherwood's sent timely reminders ahead of the service. Shaun, was very articulate regards the cost and took time to explain the service plan and it's benefits. Regards the service, I received a call within half an hour stating there was an issue with the rear tyre but I was quoted there and then regards the options and cost available. The work and service was completed and I received a call early afternoon to say the car was ready to collect. When I arrived, i had noticed the team had vacuumed the interior so I was well pleased. Overall, my experience was 10 out of 10 and I will be looking to sign up to the service plan at the earliest opportunity. Great job 👍

Staff were very polite, helpful and supportive, sorted me a courtesy car for a day. On my return to pick my car up the staff explained what had been done and said if I had any more concerns to just contact them and they will help me. Excellent service resolved my issues. A few days later after picking my car up i had received a phone to ask me if everything was fine. Staff do a fantastic job.

My car was collected for service at Sherwood’s last week. I was kept informed about the collection, service and when the service was complete my car was returned. It had been cleaned inside and out. I am very pleased with the whole job from start to finish. Would highly recommend Sherwoods.

I live in Doncaster and was looking to buy a car pretty quickly, and saw their advert for a lovely Citroen C4 on Autotrader. Alan was my sales rep and he responded to my query early morning the next day - he sent me all the info I requested and a video of the car. This was great for me seeing as though it wasn't possible for me to visit the dealership in person.

The buying process was really simple and the whole thing from purchase to delivery only took five days. Alan was great at updating me and the whole thing was just so stress-free. The car was delivered free of charge as I was inside their mileage range and was in pristine condition as described and I'm loving it!!10/10, thank you very much!!

I’ve always liked Citroen cars, deciding to change my car for as much as possible I went to Sherwoods in town centre Citroen. Meeting Paul on a very stormy , wet forecourt he couldn’t have done more for me. Showing me around and being very helpful and courteous, a fabulous comfortable experience. He helped me find suitable finance and put my car in part exchange.
I’ve never had a bad experience with Citroen and it’s only even friendlier with salesmen as Paul. Thank you Paul you helped me get the car I love and will certainly recommend you to friends and family

Time for service and MOT! Although several issues, related to wear and tear, which proved expensive, the communication was excellent and everything given prompt attention. I was so glad that I had service plan, which covered some of the cost! Car collected and returned by Ana, who is always efficient and friendly and service team updated me at every stage. As an older driver, I now feel secure in the knowledge that my car is roadworthy and safe. Thank you to all team.

Great car, great price, small problem with car, however Shewoods are going above and beyond to fix the problem . Would Definitely buy from them again, nice people 😁

i was very pleased with experience buying a car from Sherwoods, I have never bought a vehicle totally online before and it was very daunting but the Sales guy who helped me Stephen Defty was extremely competent and made my experience very easy, Including a video of the car and anything that stood out which were fixed before delivery Stephen kept me in the Loop all the way through with updated pics to show the work had been done.
I am very happy with the car that i bought and i would defiantly used Sherwood's again and would recommend them to friends and family

Amazing service. Answered all questions and got back to us with information very quickly. The salesman and team gave great customer service even after sale when i had an issue and fixed it free of charge, greatly reassuring when yous spend so much on a car.

3rd service and 1st MOT on my Citroen. I have a monthly service plan so only needed to pay for the MOT on the day. The process was seamless, efficient and professional from dropping off my car to picking it back up only 3 hours later. Any work to be undertaken is explained in a phone call and a video is sent through before pick-up. All in all, handled quickly and in a friendly manner.

A very good experience with a brilliant salesperson whose knowledge was excellent and ability to connect with their customer on a personal level second to none. This is not my first time purchasing from the dealer and the level of service remains really high.

Brilliant service yet again from Sherwoods. Hayleigh, Shaun and Mark are superb on reception, backed up by excellent service staff who do a great job at maintaining our cars. Could not get better support. Highly recommended if you want the best.

I'd recommend Sherwoods Town Centre because they were friendly, answered my questions and I was able to test drive the vehicle thoroughly. I was offered additional services but not pressured into them. I would trust them to give me a good deal in the future.

I want to REALLY thank Allan Power, who very patiently walked me through my recent purchase of a Citroen C3 Aircross, with great understanding, professionalism and exceptionally high standard of customer service . He truly went the extra mile for me from the monent I walked into the sales room on the Saturday, to trading in my old car and collecting my new car 2 days later on the Monday. He listened to what I wanted, gave me the facts about different options and from then on made the entire process simple and hassle free. He is very knowledgable about the industry , and was able to give unbiased advice which helped me make up my mind about the make and model of car that would suit my requirements. I am delighted with my car , better than I thought it would be. I have taken the time to write this review as Sherwoods is really a great dealership to work with, and deserve to be recognised for their efforts and high standards of customer care. I and my brother a few days ago went to see the Mobility consultant for Sherwoods Town Centre Sunderland we were very pleased with her advice as to which was available we have chosen the Suzuki S-Cross Ultra as it will suit both mine and my brothers needs. Karen Raynsford was very knowledgeable about the car we have chosen and we are going to be very pleased with the car we are waiting for now. First impressions were a very.pleasant lady and we my brother and I feel confident have chosen a good vehicle.

1st class service. Service manager very helpful and explained work to be carried out thought my car was running well when taking it up to the garage but was a100 times when driving away after mot and service
