Smooth service as normal, car was in and out for its annual service within a couple of hours. Nice sitting area with drinks if you wish to wait whilst your car is in.

Had month gap between my service and new car delivery. I live in Whitby, yet I choose to use the Concorde Way, Drive Vauxhall (Citroen), Stockton simply due to the fantastic service given.
Tom, who deals with all Motability Cars, is the most kind and accommodating bloke. The Service is 10 out of 10 across all areas, from booking services, repairs, ordering new vehicle etc. My dad actually purchased a used vehicle from here, totally randomly! He came with me for my one of my services, there was the perfect car sitting on the forecourt! He had been thinking about getting another, but at the age of 83 at that time, obviously didn't want or need new.
I struggle with anxiety etc yet never kept waiting. Picking up my new car today took 15 minutes, which included Tom showing me a few new extras added since my last model. He even adjusted seats, mirror, programmed my mobile and updated Sat Nav!

10/10 for this garage, they sorted my C4 warranty work out PDQ after I had been fobbed off for 2 months by the now closed Evans Halshaw Darlington Citroen dealership, they were everything you could want in a garage, very professional, have technically knowledgeable staff and very courteous, from Mike and Alison in reception to the Citroen Technician who diagnosed the car problem and fixed it, and, I have to say the car is running better than ever. Well done everyone (especially the Vauxhall salesperson who went out of his way to help when I entered the Drive Citroen showroom for the 1st time).

We had our car collected for its mot and service on time by a polite gentleman at 8-15 am we got a service video a couple of hours later the car was brought back by 1-40 in spotless condition a lovely job thank you

It was Thomas Curran who we dealt with when purchasing my motability car and adaptions. He was really helpful throughout the process from beginning till we drove it away.
Thomas kept in regular touch with me, letting me know what stage the car was at from beginning to end. He arranged everything to do with the adaptions to my car too.
I have never had such good service in the 25 years that I've had a motability car. Thomas is an asset to your team and I am so grateful for his help and support. I can't fault the service he has given me

Excellent service from start to finish. Staff griendly and informative, was sent a video of the car being inspected and the work needed being detailed. The car was also cleaned inside and out . I cannot recommend highly enough. Very best quality ever and I have used a number of local citroen dealers in the past.

The service I got here was first class, they were very busy, but managed to fit my vehicle in to top it up with AdBlue. There was a nice seating area, with free hot drinks and free wifi. The only issue I'd mention is that there were no parking spaces inside the garage, so I had to park out on the road, but, it was really busy, so that'll be the reason for that. The staff were ever so friendly and helpful. Thank you.
