Great service. Dropped our car off with a flat tyre on the fore-court out of hours, had a tyre ordered and fitted in a little over a day at a reasonable price.

We've been using Melbourn garage for twenty years for a number of different cars. They're always friendly, professional and perhaps most importantly, experienced and competent. I had an issue with the heating fan not working on a 17 year old Mitsubishi L200. The local Mitsubishi dealership charged me £150 to confirm I needed to spend another £900. Melbourn garage sorted it out for an hour's labour!

Had my Turbo Actuator changed, had a problem with my car for months, EPC and Engine light on, went to multiple garages and no one knew how to fix it. I then took it here, to melbourn garage. And it was in and out in 2 days, completely fixed and fairly priced. 10/10 service can not fault it. They explained to me in full the problem and that it was fairly common in the type of car i had. The detailed explanation really made me feel at ease knowing my car was in good hands. Will most definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone.

Been using Melbourn garage for a decade. Pretty much everyone in the village rates them, and it's a village with two big engineering consultancies in! Always treated fairly with no hard sell, they check with you if anything extra shows up (e.g. during a service) and charge you what they said they would.

The team at the Melbourn Garage have been nothing but superb every time I've used them and offer terrific value for money.

I've had a number of second-hand Citroens and they know them inside out. When one started behaving oddly during a very cold, snowy winter they diagnosed 'owner paranoia' (aka a slightly flat battery) but rather than charge me through the nose for wasting their time (as many other places would have done) I was billed a total of £18.

They may not be flashy, they may not have the most swanky office or surroundings but they know their stuff and they're good mechanics. Planning to continue using them for many years to come.

Colin and his team did a great job troubleshooting an emissions problem on my Ford Mondeo. After going through all the fault finding steps, he sourced reduced cost (2nd hand) components from ebay and eventually solved the problem. Through out, he kept me fully aware of the risks of things not working and suggesting other sources of help. I thoroughly recommend this garage for quality and dedication to getting the job done.

It is rare to find such a professional and trustworthy service centre, and if it were possible I would happily give them six stars. Brilliant!!
