This is the second time we have purchased carpets from the Durham store and would always visit them first for any future purchases. The service provided was excellent, from initial presentation of the shop, the pleasant aroma and the friendly staff makes for a very easy shopping experience. Michelle was very helpful and sorted our order quickly and efficiently, we had the carpet delivered and this was handled perfectly. I would recommend Tapi Carpets to anyone.

I came in the shop the other day to look for a carpet for my living room i was indecisive on what to get. One of the employees came over to me and was very helpful. It's nice to see friendly and polite staff. I think her name was Michelle. Would highly recommend.
