My partner and I went to see Ken because something was wrong with our Mitsubishi outlander. After Ken had a look he noticed that our turbo pipe had come off, within 5 minutes we were back on the road in no time!

Took my minibus in today to see if they could check my alternator out before I knew it it was on the ramp and the alternator was been removed, within 30 minutes the new part was delivered and 30 minutes later I was back on the road .
WOW how about that for service and to top it off the bill was a hell of a lot cheaper than i was qouted just for the part from a motor factors.

Absolutely 1st class. Popped in as a new customer (just moved into the area) yesterday morning around 10:45, hoping to book an MOT for next week, only to find it would be closed due to a family holiday.

After a quick check of the diary, was told they could it have it done that morning by 1:00pm!

Left my car with them about half an hour later & by 12:40 I had a text from Ken saying it was ready! Any minor issues were dealt with...no charge!

Could not have asked for better! Would highly recommend - they have a new customer for life!

Dropped my car in with Ken & the team about 2:30ish yesterday (14th Aug) ready for MOT the following day. Had a call about 2 hours later saying it was already done! If getting the job done a day earlier than planned isn’t 5 star service, I don’t know what is!

Always take my car here. Today took vehicle in at 1:00pm and was repaired by 5:00pm. Great service at great prices. Highly recommended

Well... yet another visit to Mr. Santi, at Fishburn Service Station who looks after all of my family's cars ( 5 of them). Not surprisingly another job well done. Ken is the type of guy who always does a good honest job, without adding the "little extras" that main dealers often suddenly find wrong with your car. Ken always treats me well, so much so that I don't bother asking for a quote.... it's called TRUST. Todays what a good example.... an annoying rattle on my son's car (bought recently from Petch) which for the life of me I couldn't find (and neither could Petch come to that). I left it with Ken this morning. A phone call came later, all fixed, "Only took me 10 minutes Ian, so NO CHARGE ". Now that's service ! 10/10 and a gold star for Ken Julie, and Robert !
