We've dealt with Claire Coates a couple of times now & she has on both occasions provided an excellent, professional service, nothing is a bother for her. The whole team at the Ferryhill branch are very helpful. Would highly recommend & will be using again.

I was initally a little dissappointed as could not use my local branch for conveyancing as they were representing the seller so I used the Ferryhill. Branch instead.
Wow am I pleased I did.... I can honestly say I'm impressed with the service I have received from Claire Coates as my solicitor and her assistant Nicola.
As someone who has lived in the same property for 30yrs to say I was nervous about the thought of moving is an understatement
However I can honestly say Nicola was so so supportive and also very prompt at answering any queries I had guiding and reassuring me constantly.
