Brilliant service by the pharmacy. I've spoken to 3 separate people at this pharmacy and all were extremely pleasant and helpful. Yes it's usually busy and on each occasion
a queue but the pharmacists were very engaging and doing a great job.
A pharmacy service isn't like going for Fast Food!
On 2 of my 3 occasions I had people in front asking / arguing for more medication than they had been prescribed and getting annoyed at the pharmacists for not giving them more, when that frustration should be directed at the GP.

I went to order some skin care product and also to book my appointment for a flu jab.

Kara, the pharmacy assistant and Sarah the pharmacist were exceptionally good. They listen to me. They gave me undevided attention and also did the needful as I requested.

Overall the shop looked very tidy and the staff are friendly and professional

Just been to boots again as there has been a change in prescription. Pharmacist Tanvir answered all my questions in a very professional way.

I just wanted to give a massive shout out and the biggest Thank you to the kindest lady in Boots - Farnborough Gate, her name is Julia Kenny. She always goes above and beyond to help my parents when they are in the store visiting for some shopping.
My mother suffers from Parkinson’s and really struggles to get around, but Julia is always there with a helping hand- nothing is ever a problem.
I just wanted to say thank you to her, for her kindness and caring ways, it really does make such a difference and never goes unnoticed by my parents.

The pharmacist was very helpful and was able to arrange next day delivery as they were out of stock of the item I required.

We were very pleased how Paula assisted us. She was so helpful and and patience . She even told us that there were perfumes on sale that day. We ended up buying her recommendations . I will come back again . And i hope she is still there to assist us . We bought the david off intense and boss perfume . I hope she can read this review. Thank you Paula .

I find the staff brilliant they are very helpful the pharmacists do an excellent job can't fault I wish I knew there names but the one that stands out is Sarah she is brilliant she has time for you and she listens and unstanfs what you are talking about the staff the work in the pharmacist are brilliant as well I never go anywhere else to get my prescription they automatically get sent the by my GP well done to all staff love you to bits 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Convenient location, fully stocked with lots of different brands of face creams, make-up, toiletries, and many other products.

Always a warm reception have been getting my prescriptions from here for many years and know most of the pharmacy staff by name 😀 😄 👍 great service and wouldn't go anywhere else

Big store with all you require. Customer service and staff working in the pharmacy is second to none. Really great 'can do' attitude.

Large boots store with a variety of products that you would normally expect from them. They have an in store pharmacy, large selection of makeup, aftershaves and purfume along with their food section offering sandwiches and drinks for those who need to grab something quick to eat. You can also find gift packs especially around the holidays, electrical products like hair dryers, straighteners and stylers. The staff are really helpful in making sure you find the products you need.

I have been using boots at farnborough gate for many years and have always found them to be great, and last week they went above and beyond when I had an issue with my little girl. She is 9 weeks old and had just had her jabs that morning when she had a bad reaction, I went in to get some advice off the pharmacist who advised we went up to Frimley Park, which we did. After a few hours she was a lot better and we were allowed to go home, however I wouldn’t have known what to do without their support. With her screaming blue murder and clearly in pain in the middle of the shop, and me getting into quite a state they were compassionate and supportive giving me a hug and trying to calm me down. I know the member of staff in question then asked after us the following day, so I would like to pass on my sincerest thanks for all you did for us that day...it meant a lot! Xx
