Lovely friendly village chippy. Have been coming here regularly since the recent owner change and have to say it's the best chippy I've been too for a while. Always cook the food fresh whilst you wait. Love the fact they now do door service aswell. Really happy, friendly guys who always ask how my days been and just over all a pleasant experience.

Nice piece of haddock, tasty chips and very generous portion size for a medium portion, freshly fried without too long a wait. Sturdy wooden tables with benches situated just outside, where we were able to eat our take out meal in the summer sunshine, very pleasant experience. Also a not overflowing waste bin sited there to dispose of our finished meals.

The best fish and chips around Mildenhall area. The only smell you have is the fresh fish and fresh chips. It’s the obvious that they changing the frying oil frequently which makes their food taste better. Highly recommend!

Chips were the best I’ve ever had! And the fish was fabulous too - and no skin on it meant we ate it all rather than leaving all the bottom batter. Would definitely recommend.

One year on since our first visit and we have just had fish and chips take away and I must say it was excellent yet again 10 out of 10, the staff are so nice. We go on a campsite near by and we also make Travelling videos on our Travelling Bear with Stu Bear YouTube channel and I will be giving this a good mention, plus we have a Facebook group called motorhome sites and Stop-Overs, so join us there for lots more about this area and we will be putting a review on there as we.. This was the best fish and chips I have ever had we had large fish and I.have never seen fish so.big, another bonus is there's no skin on the underside and the batter is amazing, opening hrs are excellent and only closed mondays. 10 out of 10

So happy to find excellent gluten free fish and chips! Hard to believe the crispy beer batter type breading on the fish was gluten free.

Well cooked chips and crispy fish, cooked fresh when ordered. Kids portion not cheap but more than enough and proper fish as well. Happy to wait a moment for that. Card payment possible, too.
