Had eyebrow lamination inc wax and tint by Kate today, she was very friendly and attentive and talked me through the whole process from start to finish and made me feel at ease and so relaxed, very happy with my results 😍❤

A young chap served me in the pharmacy section during a very busy Friday afternoon. Was there for a yellow fever certificate replacement. Few previous employees had said it was not possible but this lad really took time out of his day to help me and got me a replacement cert. Saved me £55. It’s nice to see there are still people out there who take pride in their work. Great work, will continue to use boots services. Didn’t catch his name but he’s off to Peru next year. Give this man a wage rise.

Went to Boots Market Place, Durham today for a vaccination, great service, checked in swiftly by a lovely lady, seen and vaccinated by a very efficient gentleman (Adam I think). My sister was also with me, she is quite disabled and slow to walk, tje staff could not have been more helpful or supportive to her.The whole process was pleasant and efficient, thank you to all concerned.

Went into boots a few weeks ago looking for a new foundation, was attended to by Natasha, she done me a colour match gave me advice on what type of primer to use, gave me a sample as I was still unsure and now i have since purchased the product brilliant service from Natasha.

Called in for drop-in vaccinations today. Excellent service from very friendly and efficient team, both reception and vaccinator.

First time actually properly visiting to buy products as previously only been for covid jab. Excellent range of products from numerous named ranges, and I was happy with my Clarins and No7 products. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the manager went above and beyond her remit to ensure I was looked after and received the current advantage card promotions. Excellent store and will definitely be returning

Visited here yesterday to go to the Estee Lauder counter for a foundation colour match. The lady was so lovely! (Think her name was Tracey) Very professional and genuinely a lovely person. Over the moon with the products I left with everything is perfect and she also shared some great makeup tips.

I visited boots in market place durham city today to collect urgent medication that was issued from my surgery nr coventry. Whilst there was issues with my surgery addressing issuing my prescription to boots durham the assistance from all the pharmacy's staff on this occasions has been second to none this morning many thanks to you all .

quite a large store with a massive range of women's cosmetics, with a very nice array of stands from different manufacturers . great pharmaceutical area with a good amount of staff to help reduce waiting time . very clean and tidy ,a nice ambient temperature always buzzing with lots of shoppers . upstairs has electricals like hair dryers and lots of pampering equipment for the lady or the gentleman it also has its own photographic zone for development and computers for personal developing at very competitive prices. all in all just the perfect store for all your needs and your babies needs too. a must for everyone.

Large chemist and beauty shop in the centre of Durham with access for disabled. Well stocked with make up and perfume as well as lunch items. Pharmacy well located for customers. Short distance from Prince Bishop Parking and Central Bus Station.

They sell me the medication that keeps my brain working, and are prompt and efficient at working through prescriptions. Their cosmetics section is full of a variety of different fun brands, and I enjoy wandering around looking at stuff whilst waiting for prescriptions to be processed.

Thank you sooooo much to Tracy on the Estée Lauder counter today in Boots at the market place. She helped me select my wedding make up and gave me a trial and advised me how to use all the products. I had twins 6 months ago and it was nice to get some mummy time. She was amazing and lovely to talk to. Thank you for making my day even it was just for an hour!

I was recently in Durham area on a weeks holiday but had forgotten my medication which I require every day. I went to this branch of Boots and told the lady on the counter my problem, WOW! 10/15 minutes NO MORE PROBLEM. I hope the lady will be shown this review, Thanks a million X. Very helpful staff alway offer to help without fuse. On two floors and with a lift if needed.

Went for my COVID injection. In and out in a flash. No pain at all plus picked a couple of items up as well

Helpful staff , tidy stores, known products , more expensive that other high street drug stores...but always Boots that we know and love
