Very poor standards of service experienced today picking up my Evri parcel. Shop advertised opening Wednesday 7am - 9pm Arrived shop closed until 3pm. Went back to the shop 5pm and the only person in the shop was away from till area sorting out magazines. I waited patiently for 4-5 minutes then a supplier came into the shop and the person stopped sorting magazines and started to chat to her. I did say ‘can I be served pleased as I was here first’. He then said I should have given myself more time to pickup my parcel unbelievable! He then couldn’t find my parcel and complained that I should of filled in my address in case of problems. I would not recommend this shop for picking up your parcels from Evri.

Everytime I go there seems to be a "back in 10 minutes" sign on the closed door. It's never 10 minutes. Waited 20 minutes to pick a parcel up and have given up. Will have to waste petrol another day. 4 people have also left. Not a good way to run a business.

Absolutely appalling service. Trying to use the QR code machine to return a parcel via Evri which was not connecting, the assistant refused to help me, despite the Evri driver waiting to take my parcel. He then tried to tell me it was my fault! Would not use this shop again. Very rude man.

Beware if using evri drop off parcel was not scanned in and incorrect proof of postage given. Resulting in me now having to lose out not only on the sent item but on the payment made for the item! Not very helpful wont use again!

Never open. Even though on Evris website it says he’s open all day… when a business relays on being able to send items off to a customer. They should be open when they state On a website!…..

Went here to collect an Evri parcel. Possibly one of the rudest men I have ever come across. I will avoid using this shop in the future.

Extremely rude and quite hostile to anybody who use’s the Evri parcelshop service without making a purchase in his shop 😠

Claims to be open at 07:00 on Google but still waiting at 07:10! Joke!

Very rude, I sent my daughter who suffers terribly from anxiety, I go one way and give her a little list but can keep eye on her, only for owner to say come on hurry up u need to hurry up, you can't go down there come on, so we left our shopping with a very flume Ed young lady, NOT ALL KIDS ARE THEIVES, APPALING WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS, YOU DIDN'T RELIZE I WAS WITH HER, KEEP YOUR SHOP IL DO WITHOUT
