Musto Store Salcombe

Visited Musto's Salcombe store to buy a new jacket. I was served by Martin who was super friendly and very knowledgable about the products and the history of the brand. I would go more often, but I reside in Vancouver, Canada. It's a real shame Musto does not have a store there. But when I come back I will certainly visit the Salcombe store again. Thank you Martin!

Popped in yesterday for a browse. Very friendly staff working at the time. The store was quiet which meant they had time for a bit of a chat, which was great.
My dad ended up buying a new coat and was very pleased.
Would happily return for further advice / outdoor clothing.

Great Staff and Excellent Customer Service.
I purchased a jacket from the store in between lockdowns when things were quiet, but the staff were still friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the jacket had a small fault, which could not be resolved until the store reopened.
Once the store opened, the manager was excellent, very efficient and incredibly professional in facilitating a replacement jacket.

Popped in yesterday to try on a coat, the gentleman working was fantastic, couldn’t have been more helpful, we will be going back for it :)

A little overpriced in my opinion

Possibly the least helpful and least pleasant customer service rep they could possibly have. This is supposedly a "premium" brand and they should ask more of their staff. Basic interpersonal skills and product knowledge shouldn't be a "nice to have".
