Lazy, Uncourteous Service

Poped in to collect a parcel. Due to corona, waited in the wind and rain outside for 10 minutes! Finally got in, and said I came to collect a parcel. Was asked was my last name was? She made made me repeat it 3 or 4 times. The girl then says I have an attitude, with a guy standing behind me giving me advice on what to do with her.

I then waited for another 2 minutes, while members of the public stand outside watching in, while they wait in the rain like i did. she enters the code into the till, i guess.

Then slams my item onto the counter, although she didn't make me pay for my carrier.
